The wildly popular soft serve ice cream that has people lining up at events all over the country is coming to Hakata.

[On until September 16, 2025] The popular soft serve ice cream "&EARL GREY" made by an Earl Grey specialty store is coming to Hakata Hankyu! (Hakataeki Chuo-gai, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)

Earl Grey is one of the most popular black teas, with its elegant aroma and flavor.

&EARL GREY, a shop with its main store in Kobe that specializes in sweets that bring out the best in Earl Grey, will be participating in the Bread and Sweets Festival, which will be held at Hakata Hankyu for a limited time from September 10th to 16th, 2025 (Tuesday)!

The most popular "edible milk tea"! Rich Earl Grey soft serve ice cream

The signature menu item at the "&EARL GREY" event is the "Earl Grey Rich Milk" (660 yen), a soft serve ice cream with a rich Earl Grey flavor. It is a hugely popular item that always draws a line at events across the country (this is an event-only item and is not sold in stores).

To bring out the full flavor of the delicate black tea, they use a luxurious amount of tea leaves, about 50 times the usual amount.

One bite and your mouth will be filled with the rich, creamy taste and aroma, just like you're drinking milk tea! The accompanying sweet and sour raspberry meringue adds an exquisite accent.

Mysterious blue soft serve ice cream made with butterfly pea

The eye-catching, mysterious blue "Butterfly Pea Earl Grey" (660 yen) will also be available. This is also a special event-only item.

This rich milk soft serve ice cream is made with raw milk and infused with the refreshing scent of Earl Grey using natural bergamot, and is topped with mint meringue.

Not only are they beautiful to look at, but they also contain the natural pigment anthocyanin, a type of polyphenol.

New for 2025! "Dubai Chocolate" with a popular texture

The new sweets "Bergamot-scented Dubai Chocolate," which will be available for the first time this year, will also be sold in advance at the event.

Dubai chocolate is known for its rich flavor, made with plenty of nut paste, but &EARL GREY's Dubai chocolate has a refreshing and elegant taste for adults, with the aroma of Earl Grey added to the chocolate.

In addition, crunchy dried noodles called "kadaif" are mixed into the nut paste to add a fun, crunchy texture.
