[Around Hakata Station] Stylish and affordable dinner! "Enjoy a resort hotel" with a choice of shared courses
Hello! I'm Hakata Aya, a writer who shares the hottest information about Fukuoka.
This time, we will introduce the noteworthy dinner menu at "cotton.", a restaurant in "WITH THE STYLE FUKUOKA."
Just a short walk from Hakata Station! The restaurant "All Day Dining Cotton." at the urban resort hotel "WITH THE STYLE FUKUOKA" (Hakataekiminami, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)
WITH THE STYLE FUKUOKA is located about a five-minute walk south (towards Takeshita) from the Chikushi Exit of JR Hakata Station. This urban resort hotel is inspired by Palm Springs, California on the west coast of the United States, and offers high-quality interiors, art, music, and cuisine.

On the first floor, facing the water terrace, is "All Day Dining Cotton."
The terrace is enveloped in the sounds of babbling water and a gentle breeze, and at night the flickering candlelight creates a fantastical atmosphere... It's an extraordinary space that will make you forget you're in the middle of the city.
The cuisine is a blend of "California cuisine," a genre that combines the food cultures of various regions, including Mexico, Europe, and South America, and is presented using carefully selected ingredients from Japan, including Kyushu. The open kitchen adds to the lively atmosphere.
The cafe's popular items include the fluffy "Original Pancakes" (single 900 yen, double 1,600 yen) and "Basque Cheesecake" (1,100 yen). Enjoy them with a cup of freshly brewed coffee for a truly blissful experience.
For lunch, there are easy set menus where you can choose your pasta or main dish, as well as courses using seasonal ingredients.
For dinner, there is a wide variety of playful a la carte dishes, including a course meal perfect for anniversaries.
New for dinner! Try the popular "Share Course"
Our target this time was the "SHARE COURSE" (4,800 yen per person, available for 2-6 people, 2 hours, service charge not included), which was introduced for dinner on August 25, 2025. The chef's recommended à la carte menu is served on a large platter, so you can share it and enjoy it.
The set includes five dishes: appetizer, tacos, pasta, main course, and dessert.
For appetizers, you can choose from "Today's Fresh Fish Carpaccio with Lemon Vinaigrette," "Wagyu Beef Thigh Carpaccio with Aioli Sauce," and "Burrata Cheese and White Peach Caprese" (+500 yen).
The photo shows "Today's Fresh Fish Carpaccio with Lemon Vinaigrette." On this day, the fish was sea bass, with a perfect balance of refreshing lemon acidity and pepper accents! It was the perfect dish to start the course and stimulate the appetite.

Next up is "Style TACOS Itoshima Pork Al Pastor." Itoshima pork is marinated in a variety of spices, orange juice, cola, and tequila, creating an exquisite balance of fruity and spicy flavors! The aroma of coriander adds an accent, instantly giving you a West Coast vibe.

For pasta, you can choose from "Beef Tail Ragu Pici" or "Turban Shell Genovese Linguine" (+500 yen).

The sauce clung to the rigatoni perfectly, and the tender meat and deep flavor spread throughout the dish. It had a rich flavor and was a perfect match with wine.

For the main course, you can choose from "Sauteed Tasmanian Salmon with Mantova Sauce," "Sauteed Domestic Bone-in Chicken Diavola Style," or "Grilled Bone-in Dry-Aged Pork" (+1,000 yen).

The outside is crispy and fragrant, while the inside is soft and fluffy. Combined with the mashed potatoes underneath, it has a mellow and deep flavor. The crunchiness of the water spinach and hijiki seaweed that come with it is also a fun touch.

For dessert, each person can choose one of the following: "Classic Tiramisu," "Basque Cheesecake," "Key Lime Pie," or "Shizuoka Melon Coupe." Since we were visiting as a group of two, we selected two items.
The photo shows WITH THE STYLE FUKUOKA's signature dish, Basque Cheesecake. It's rich and sticky, and truly a treat for adults.

The refreshing acidity of the Key Lime Pie makes it the perfect after-meal treat! It leaves your mouth feeling light and refreshed.

Coffee and tea were also included, so I was very satisfied until the very end!
The "Share Course" allows you to enjoy recommended dishes all at once in a stylish space that gives off a resort-like vibe. It's sure to lift your spirits! Be sure to give it a try. (Text by Hakata Aya)
