All-you-can-eat super shortcake! "Luxurious use of peaches" four-day limited sweets buffet

This time, we will introduce the sweets buffet at Hotel New Otani Hakata, which is only available for four days.

The hugely popular annual "Super Sweets Buffet" will be held at the Hotel New Otani Hakata in Watanabedori, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City on Thursday, July 24th and Friday, July 25th, 2025, and Thursday, August 28th and Friday, August 29th, 2025.

The sessions are 100 minutes each and run from 16:30, 17:00, 18:30, and 19:00.

The theme for this event is "Summer Beach Time." Enjoy exciting sweets that will get you in the summer mood.

A refreshing taste perfect for midsummer! A huge collection of cool sweets

The welcome sweets are the hot new cream puffs

A mini version of the new "Tiramisu Cream Puff" is available as a welcome sweet, available only by reservation. The fragrant cookie puff is filled with bittersweet coffee jelly, custard, and plenty of mascarpone cream.

The buffet will begin with a special non-alcoholic drink made by the bartender. *The regular size "Tiramisu Cream Puff" can be purchased at the boutique.

One bite and you'll feel like you're on a tropical beach. The lineup of mini-sized sweets is overwhelming, including the popular "Super Melon Shortcake" and the new "Tiramisu Pudding."

Two different types of tarts are available each month. In July, they offer the "White Peach Tart," made with plenty of juicy, fresh white peaches.

In August, we have the tropical "Pineapple and Kiwi Tart." You can enjoy the luxurious taste of seasonal fruits.

There's also a cooking performance where the food is prepared right in front of you!

There will also be a live performance. The chef will prepare the "Kuzu Kiri" right in front of you, using high-quality hon-kuzu from Yoshino, Nara Prefecture, and its smooth texture and refined sweetness will make for a refreshing summer experience.
