Hakata Station's "Ippin Street" expands! 7 stores open and renovated

"Ippin Street" is lined with a variety of shops, from sweets that are perfect for gifts to bento boxes and prepared foods.

The mall will be expanded on July 1, 2025, with seven new stores opening or being renovated. In addition to popular local stores opening for the first time, a pop-up area will be created where popular stores will be regularly rotated, further expanding the dining experience.

Popular stores are popping up one after another, including some opening in a commercial facility for the first time!

Hakata Meikido (New opening, first store in a commercial facility, new business format)

Hakata Meikido is proud of its chicken rice, which is full of the delicious flavor of chicken. They also have a wide selection of chicken dishes, including chicken meatballs, fried chicken, and yakitori-style dishes, all made using a secret recipe.

Matoya no Fukudora (Newly opened, first store in a commercial facility)

"Matoya no Fuku Dora" is a dorayaki specialty store run by "Matoya no Narikin Manju," a long-established store in Nogata that boasts over 100 years of history.

They also have a store in Hirao, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City, but this is their first store in a commercial facility. You can enjoy dorayaki whose skins are carefully hand-baked by craftsmen one by one.

Wolf's Mouth (new opening, first store in a commercial facility)

"Okami no Mouth" is a scone specialty store that uses high-quality ingredients and bakes each one carefully with love. This popular store in Meinohama, Nishi-ku, Fukuoka City has finally opened in Hakata.

Eat O'Kashi (Newly opened, first store in a commercial facility)

Located in Heiwa, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, "Eat O'Kashi" is a baked goods store that uses ingredients from Kyushu and has opened its first store in a commercial facility! The cookies and pound cakes are carefully handmade one by one, and are so tasty that you'll want to give them as gifts to yourself or someone special.

Mikazukiya (reopened)

Mikazukiya, a popular shop known for its croissants that are individually handmade by skilled craftsmen, has undergone a renovation.

The croissants, made using a unique method that makes them crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, are also popular as gifts.

DE・NI (POPUP)

DE・NI, the ultimate Danish pastry specialty store that pursues crispy texture and deliciousness, will be open for a limited time until Wednesday, August 20, 2025. You can enjoy Danish pastries luxuriously topped with fruits and cream.

The main store is in Miyazaki Prefecture, and the popular restaurant also has branches in Fukuoka, including Nishinakasu in Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City, Iwataya Main Store, and ONE FUKUOKA BLDG.

Suzukake (reopening)
