"RINGO" is a shop that specializes in freshly baked apple pies. It is run by "BAKE", the company behind "BAKE CHEESE TART", a Hokkaido-born cheese confectionery shop, and "PRESS BUTTER SAND", a butter sandwich shop.

"RINGO" has 11 stores across Japan, including the Tenjin Underground Mall store in Fukuoka.

From RINGO, they will be releasing two types of pies made with juicy peaches for a limited time from July 1st (Tuesday) to August 31st (Sunday) 2025!

The newly released "Freshly Baked Open Pie [Peach Earl Grey]" (490 yen) is a luxurious dish made with a rich custard cream mixed with Earl Grey paste, generously squeezed onto a fragrant pie crust and topped with large chunks of white peach compote.

The sweet, juicy, fleshy white peach, the elegant aroma of Earl Grey, and the crispy pie create a delicious harmony.

This can also be enjoyed as is, or chilled.
