The popular annual summer-only sweets event "Frappé Collection 2025" will be held at the cafe and restaurant "Green House" on the first floor of Hotel New Otani Hakata for a limited time from Monday, June 16th to Tuesday, September 30th, 2025.

With many "summer days" exceeding 25°C across the country in early June, the summer of 2025 is expected to be even hotter than usual. Even in such a climate, you'll want to spend some time relaxing and cooling off with some cool sweets.

This year, two new flavors will be available: the long-selling "Hoshi no Rikyu," which is popular every year, and the refreshing new "Greek Yogurt Frappe Honey Lemon."
