"Bills Fukuoka" is located in "Water Park" on the border between Tenjin and Nakasu. It is conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk from Tenjin Station and Nakasu-Kawabata Station on the Subway Airport Line.

Only available at Fukuoka and Osaka stores! "Bills Casual Dinner Course" where you can choose your main dish and enjoy ricotta pancakes

The "bills Casual Dinner Course" (3,500 yen) was launched on April 22, 2025, to make dinner time starting at 5pm more accessible and casual to enjoy.

This is a new course that is only available at two stores in Fukuoka and Osaka, and includes a small plate, a choice of one main dish, and a dessert (mini ricotta pancakes). It's nice to be able to enjoy this course at a relatively reasonable price. Drinks are charged separately.

Small Plate

The small plate that was served was "Grilled Asparagus - Yuzu Pepper Cream, Sesame Salt."

The savory flavor of the grilled asparagus is perfectly matched with the refreshing, spicy flavor of the yuzu pepper cream. With a pleasant aroma and aftertaste, this dish is the perfect way to start a meal!

Choose from 7 main dishes

The appeal of this course is the choice of seven main dishes, including popular Bills dishes such as "Spicy Fish Eggs and Mascarpone Spaghetti - Shiso Paste, Lemon Zest, Paprika Powder", "Shrimp and Arugula Linguine - Garlic Chili Oil, Lemon", "Lentil and Roasted Beet Salad - Ricotta Cheese, Gremolata", "Bills Yellow Curry - Roasted Sweet Potato, Jasmine Rice + Tofu", "Parmesan Chicken Schnitzel - Cream Corn, Tomato and Parsley Salad", "Roasted Cod - Summer Beans, Chili Ginger Dressing" (+1,000 yen), and "Angus Beef Rump Steak - Roasted Paprika, Salsa Verde" (+2,000 yen).

After much deliberation, we decided on the limited edition "Spicy Fish Eggs and Mascarpone Spaghetti" that can only be enjoyed at our Fukuoka store!

The creamy Spicy Fish Eggs sauce is combined with the mellowness of mascarpone, allowing you to enjoy its refined sweetness and richness.

The soft fragrance of the shiso paste and the refreshing lemon zest give it a firm aftertaste. The flavor is deep and it feels like the taste changes with every bite. It's a dish that pasta lovers will love.

My companion chose the Parmesan Chicken Schnitzel, a popular staple at Bills, which was served with a generous helping of cream corn and a refreshing tomato and parsley salad.

What stands out is the volume, with two large pieces of chicken stacked on top of each other.

The crispy batter is filled with incredibly juicy chicken, and the savory Parmesan flavor really hits the spot, making it super delicious!

The sweet cream corn gently brings the whole dish together, keeping it from becoming too heavy.

Mini ricotta pancakes

Speaking of "Bills"... you can enjoy the popular menu item "Ricotta Pancakes" at the end of a course, which is a luxury! The mini size makes it perfect as a dessert after a meal ♪

The fluffy dough melts in your mouth and goes perfectly with the slightly salty honey comb butter. It's not too sweet, and the balance is just right. I was completely satisfied until the last bite!
