Introducing a limited-time summer menu! "THE LIVELY Fukuoka Hakata" (Nakasu, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City)

THE LIVELY Fukuoka Hakata, a hotel located in Nakasu, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, is currently holding a special event called "Gochamori SUMMER" that allows you to fully enjoy the summer.

Until Sunday, August 31, 2025, THE LIVELY BAR in the lobby lounge on the first floor will be serving summer-only sweets and drinks.

Bold toppings of sweets! "Chaos Ice" - a "mixed" shaved ice

First up, a new dessert that incorporates the popular Korean decorated cake style into shaved ice!

These two types of "Chaos Ice" are lavishly arranged in a square container with ice and a variety of sweets, making them a fun, jumbled treat.

RED

Decorated with pop and cute sweets, "RED" (1,100 yen) will make you feel as if you have wandered into a dream world. Shaved ice drizzled with berry condensed milk sauce is topped with chocolate lips, swirly candies, pink donuts, chocolate high heels, strawberries, red cherries, and more!

It is made with a lavish amount of colorful sweets and fruits.

BLACK

"BLACK" (1,100 yen) is a base of shaved ice topped with plenty of black sesame condensed milk sauce. It is topped with black and brown sweets and fruits such as black ribbon chocolate, chocolate donuts, chocolate bars, black corn, and blackberries. It has a dark and chic atmosphere.

Cocktails and refreshing drinks that will put you in a resort mood are now available!

Summer-only bar cocktails and cafe drinks are also available.

Summer Trip Mojito

Three types of mojitos, "Summer Trip Mojito" (1,000 yen each), will be available to give you a taste of the resort atmosphere.

"Sea Lychee" (pictured below, left) is a refreshing and deep cocktail that resembles the oceans of Asia. It is based on gin, with lychee, dill, and salt added, and the herbs are a perfect match.

"Pineapple Fake" (center photo below), which evokes the powerful cheerfulness of the West, is an unexpected dish that combines pineapple and cheese with a white wine base.

"Tropical Watermelon" (photo below, right) is a rum-based drink with a harmonious combination of watermelon and basil, creating a tropical flavor that evokes the passion of South America.

Full x Full Cream Soda

There are three types of fruit-based "Full x Full Cream Soda" (800 yen each). The name of the product contains the meaning of "full" of fruit and "full" which expresses satisfaction. It uses homemade craft soda blended with cinnamon, herbs, lemon, and ginger powder to create a deep flavor. The sweetness and sourness of strawberry, pineapple, and kiwi pops and you can enjoy a refreshing feeling.

In addition, as part of the special project "Gochamori Summer", the lobby lounge will be decorated with floral art, and you can also enjoy fireworks art on digital signage.

Anyone can view the exhibits, even if they are not staying at the hotel (admission is free).
