This time we will introduce a cookie specialty store that has just opened in Fukuoka.

Opening June 3rd! Hearty American cookie specialty store "PUG Lalaport Fukuoka" (Naka, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)

The American cookie brand "PUG" is known for its wide variety of menu items and its single type of cookie. It has been gaining popularity by opening stores in Kanagawa, Tokyo, Sendai, and other areas, but it has finally arrived in Fukuoka!

It will open on the first floor of Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Fukuoka on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.

"PUG" only has one type of cookie, the "Boston Cookie" (420 yen). It is based on a traditional American cookie that is said to have originated in Massachusetts, USA. It is made with a focus on satisfying texture and flavor, and uses rich, rich chocolate, fragrant roasted nuts, and secret ingredients that suit Japanese tastes.

They're big enough that just one piece is satisfying, but the balance of sweetness and flavor means you'll want to eat them again right away.

You can enjoy the exceptional taste of freshly baked bread at the store.

The "Cookie Box" of Boston Cookies (set of 5 for 2,100 yen, set of 10 for 4,200 yen) is perfect as a small souvenir or gift, or to share with family and friends.

By the way, the store's name was apparently chosen because the crinkly texture of the cookies resembles a cute pug.

A wide range of arrangements to suit your tastes ♡

There is also an arrangement menu "Boston Cookie Crunch" (680 yen) that combines cookies with vanilla ice cream. First, eat the cookie as it is, then break it and mix it into the ice cream... it's fun to see the taste and texture change as you eat it!

You can also customize it to your liking by adding toppings such as "blueberry sauce," "caramel sauce," "peanut butter" (140 yen each), and "espresso shot" (250 yen).

There are also special menu items such as the "Blueberry Sundae" (1,240 yen) with two cookies, two ice creams and blueberry sauce, and the "Cookie Party" (1,440 yen) with caramel sauce.

The drinks menu mainly consists of specialty coffees from specialty coffee roaster Allpress Espresso Japan that are paired with the cookies.

We recommend enjoying the cookies with an "Americano" (600 yen) or dipping them in a "Caffe Latte" (640 yen). "Espresso Tonic" (700 yen) and "Chai Tea Latte" (680 yen) are also available.
