This time, we will introduce an exciting store specializing in one-handed sweets that opened on March 28, 2025 at Myung, a souvenir shop on the first floor of JR Hakata Station.

Opening in March 2025! Hakata-based one-handed sweets specialty store "Campbell Early Mining Hakata Store" (Hakata Station Chuo-gai, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City)

This is a takeout specialty store of the fruit and pancake cafe "Campbell Early" (inside AMU Plaza Hakata and the domestic passenger terminal at Fukuoka Airport) run by "Nankoku Fruits," a long-established greengrocer in Fukuoka.

You can purchase fruit omelets, parfaits, and baked goods made with seasonal fruits, with a focus on the local Fukuoka specialty strawberry "Amaou."

Enjoy the natural deliciousness of fruit in this light and tasty omelette!

A must-try is the signature dish, "Fruit Omelette."

On the day I visited, the menu included the "Amaou Omelette" (630 yen each) topped with plenty of Amaou strawberries, the "Mixed Fruit Omelette" (600 yen each) topped with Amaou strawberries and other fruits, the "Seasonal Citrus Omelette" (630 yen each) with its eye-catching vitamin colors,

Five different types were on sale, including the "Miyazaki Ripe Mango Omelette" (650 yen each) topped with juicy mango, and the "Banana Omelette" (540 yen each) with cute sliced bananas.

There is a production space at the back of the store, and freshly made omelets are displayed on the shelves.

This luxurious treat is made with carefully made omelette dough and Kyushu cream topped with colorful fresh fruits!

It wasn't too sweet, and you could really taste the sweetness of the fruit itself, which made it delicious. It's also convenient because you can just eat it with one hand.

Enjoy the cafe's most popular fruit parfait in the comfort of your own home!

Another noteworthy feature is that the most popular menu item at Campbell Early's cafe, the Fruit Parfait, is sold in a cup with the contents intact. It's perfect as a gift or a treat for yourself.

There were three types on offer: "Amaou Parfait" (1,620 yen each), "Muskmelon Parfait" (1,780 yen each), and "Seasonal Citrus Parfait" (1,580 yen each).

The cup is packed with fruit!　 The parfait is so beautiful you'll be entranced, with beautiful cross-sections of the fruit.

We recommend trying their original soft serve ice cream while walking around. They have the "Amaou Soft Serve Ice Cream" (540 yen each) filled with plenty of Amaou fruit juice, the "Cremia Soft Serve Amaou Topping" (756 yen each) which is a premium fresh cream soft serve topped with Amaou fruit, and the plain "Cremia Soft Serve" (540 yen each).

Baked goods make great souvenirs and gifts!

In addition to fresh sweets, we also offer baked goods that can be carried around at room temperature.

The moist and refreshing "Amaou Baumkuchen" (330 yen each, 2,160 yen for a paper box of five) allows you to directly experience the rich flavor of Amaou strawberries.

The "Amaou Financier" (270 yen each, 1,620 yen for a paper box of 5) is an irresistible combination of the sweetness of Amaou strawberries and the savory flavor of butter.

They also have the "Amaou Macaron" (270 yen each), which is a crispy macaron with rich Amaou cream sandwiched between the outside, and the "Amaou Chocolate Macaron" (270 yen each), which has an exquisite chocolate cream that goes well with the berries.

Macarons come in a box of 5 and you can customize your favorite flavors (paper box of 5 for 1,750 yen).
* Both the individual and boxed macarons are pre-frozen, so they can be carried around at room temperature if not for long periods of time. Store in the refrigerator at home.
