This time, we will be introducing the new "Sushi Bar" at "BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA," a complex entertainment facility located next to "Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka"!
A sushi bar run by a popular restaurant in Haruyoshi, "Ikeda Fresh Fish E-ZO Store" (Jigyohama, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City)
"(Sushi) Ikeda Fresh Fish E・ZO Store" opened on April 11, 2025 in "The FOODHALL" on the third floor of "BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA." It is the second store of "(Sushi) Ikeda Fresh Fish," a popular sushi bar located in Haruyoshi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City.
Located in the heart of "The FOODHALL," it is particularly eye-catching.

The open wooden interior has counter seats and table seats. The table seats have partitions and are bench-style seats, so it seems easy to use even with children.
Extremely fresh! A wide variety of sushi

The restaurant's signature sushi menu includes a wide variety of dishes, including the popular "Bluefin Tuna" (396 yen) and "Sea Urchin" (429 yen), as well as the impressive "Conger Eel Sushi" (768 yen).
There were also popular children's menu items such as "Corn Mayo" (220 yen) and "Tuna Salad" (220 yen).

There are also a variety of thoughtful snacks on offer, such as the "Mini Ramen" and "Kitsune Udon" (350 yen each), which are sure to please families with children.

The "Assorted Sashimi" (2,187 yen) is a popular dish, and includes a variety of Ikeda Sushi's recommended sashimi, such as amberjack, sea bream, tuna, flounder, salmon roe, and salmon (contents change depending on what's in stock).

The more you drink, the cheaper it gets! The surprising "Donyasu" system
If you're a fan of alcohol, you should take note of the surprising "Donyasu" system. The first drink is 550 yen, the second drink is 440 yen, the third drink is 330 yen, and the fourth drink onwards is just 110 yen!
The wide lineup of drinks, including "Lemon Sour," "Highball," "Sake," and "Shochu," is also a plus. Be careful not to drink too much.

Another big attraction is that you can enjoy set meals such as "Ikeda Seafood Bowl" (1,738 yen), "Sesame Mackerel Set Meal" (1,518 yen), "Fried Horse Mackerel Set Meal" (1,298 yen), and "Tuna, Sea Urchin, and Salmon Roe Bowl" (3,168 yen).
The "Sushi Set" (2,398 yen) and "Tempura Sashimi Set" (1,958 yen) are only available at the "E・ZO" store. In addition to seafood, they also have "Chicken Nanban Set" (1,298 yen) and "Fried Chicken Set" (1,078 yen), which is nice.
Set meals can be paired with lemon sours, highballs, and various tea drinks for 300 yen, and soft drinks for 200 yen.

If you can't decide, try "Ikeda's Seafood Bowl"
This time, I ordered the "Ikeda Kaisendon" (1,738 yen), which features a striking shrimp flavor. In addition to the seafood bowl, salad, and chawanmushi, it comes with all-you-can-eat miso soup and obanzai.

The seafood selection changes daily. On this day, the shrimp was delivered directly from Nagahama Fishing Port. They were plump, sweet, and full of flavor. It was a luxurious dish that also included tuna, salmon, flounder, salmon roe, and more! Everything was delicious.
