What we would like to introduce this time is a restaurant with the theme of "fine wine and fine food" that opened in Tenjin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City in March 2025.
A photogenic menu packed with delicious drinks and delicious food! "DINING & CAFE Bishoku W Fukuoka Tenjin Solaria Plaza" (Solaria Plaza) is a restaurant with the theme of "delicious drinks and delicious food"
"DINING & CAFE Bishoku W Fukuoka Tenjin Solaria Plaza" is located on the 6th floor restaurant floor of the Tenjin shopping center "Solaris Plaza".

It is connected to the central exit of Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station via a connecting gate (2nd floor, 3rd floor), and is about a 3-minute walk from Tenjin Station on the Subway Airport Line, and another attractive feature is that you can access it without getting wet in the rain by going through the underground mall.

The stylish and relaxing restaurant has a total of 64 seats.

"Bishu Bishoku W," which has the concept of "Western food menus that are pleasing to the eye," is full of menus that will make you exclaim, "So cute! Amazing!"

This is the "Extra Large Fried Shrimp and Hamburger" (2,068 yen).

The large fried shrimp stood out in the middle and made quite an impact! The other main dish was the hamburger steak, and there were plenty of vegetables around it, making for a good balance.
The large fried shrimp are plump and satisfying, perfect for shrimp lovers. Tartar sauce is served separately.

Next is the "Reese's Salad with Three Types of Dressing" (1,705 yen). It comes with soup and bread or rice.

The three types of dressings in the center have completely different flavors. I added a little of each to the plentiful vegetables and enjoyed the different flavors.

Another impressive dish is the "Spaghetti with Blue Crab in Cream Sauce" (1,705 yen).

The crab is placed in the middle, making it a visual treat. The sweet cream sauce clings firmly to the noodles, giving it a rich flavor. It was delicious.

This is the "Long Bacon Carbonara Omelette Rice" (1,628 yen).

The bacon is so big it covers the omelet rice, making for a spectacular dish! The balance of the creamy sauce, the hearty bacon, and the light rice was perfect.

Another attractive feature is that you can enjoy drinks and snacks at any time after the bar opens at 11:00.

The "Hakata Spicy Fish Eggs Dashimaki" (748 yen) in the photo below looks so cute! You'll want to take a photo of it. The mild Spicy Fish Eggs, sweet egg, and umami of the broth go perfectly together and are delicious.

The "Rich Crab Croquette with Blue Crab Sauce" (638 yen) is crispy on the outside and soft and creamy inside. The crab flavor is condensed.

Other than that, there were plenty of affordable menu items such as "Tenderly tender braised pork" (693 yen), "Pork fillet kushikatsu (2 skewers)" (352 yen), and "Dancing octopus sausage" (693 yen).
