Healthy and delicious! Customize it to your liking ♡ Popular Greek yogurt specialty store (Nishinakasu, Fukuoka)
Hello. I'm Masaki, a writer who loves hidden gourmet spots.
This time, we will introduce a Greek yogurt specialty store located in Nishinakasu, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City.
High in protein and low in calories, the Greek yogurt specialty store "Miel" (Nishinakasu, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka)
Miel is a Greek yogurt specialty store located on the second floor of a building just across the bridge from Tenjin Central Park to the Nishi-Nakasu side, about five minutes from Nakasu-Kawabata Station on the Subway Kuko Line. It opened in July 2024.
Greek yogurt is yogurt that has been strained for a long time, and is characterized by its rich and creamy texture. Because the ingredients are concentrated, it contains about twice as much protein as regular yogurt, and is attracting attention as a low-calorie dessert.

The interior of the restaurant is stylish, with a grey theme and only seven seats at the counter.

You can even top it with honeycomb! A new type of dessert: Greek yogurt
Ordering is simple. First, choose the size of Greek yogurt (medium 680 yen, large 780 yen) and flavor (plain, crunchy + 50 yen, Oreo + 80 yen, pistachio + 160 yen), then add your favorite toppings.
There are many toppings available, including "Seasonal Fresh Fruit" (+200-350 yen), "Granola" (+150 yen), and "Kuma-san Monaka" (+50 yen).
They even offer "honeycomb" (an extra 400 yen) which is honey collected by bees cut from the comb!

On the day I visited, the "seasonal fresh fruits" included "strawberries" (+350 yen), "blueberries" (+300 yen), "apples" (+200 yen), etc.

There was also a fully ripe "melon" (plus 300 yen).

This time I ordered two types of Greek yogurt.
In the foreground of the photo is a choice of "Plain Medium" yogurt (680 yen), topped with "honeycomb," three kinds of fruit (strawberry 350 yen / blueberry 300 yen / kiwi 200 yen), "granola" (150 yen), original "Bear Chocolate" (150 yen), and "honey" (free) (total 2,230 yen).
In the back of the photo is a yogurt "Oreo Medium" (760 yen) topped with "honeycomb" and three kinds of fruit (strawberry 350 yen / pineapple 250 yen / melon 300 yen), "granola" (150 yen), "chocolate bear" (150 yen), and "chocolate sauce" (free) (total 2,360 yen).
If you order three or more fruits, you can get free toppings of "honey" or "chocolate sauce" (+50 yen each).
It's colorful and looks delicious!

The yogurt is very viscous and very thick!
It's not very sweet, so I personally recommend topping it with honey or chocolate sauce.

It was the first time I had ever tried honeycomb. It was richer than honey, had a strong aroma, and was delicious.

"Kuma-san Chocolate" has a rich flavor. You'll be surprised by its crunchy texture. It's the perfect accent.

Thank you for the meal. It was delicious.
I thought it could be used not only as a dessert, but also as a low-calorie, protein-rich substitute for rice.
