[Imaizumi Lunch] Cafe during the day, bistro at night! A popular restaurant with a great atmosphere (Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City)

This time, I would like to introduce a restaurant that opened on December 15, 2024 in Imaizumi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, which can be enjoyed as a cafe during the day and a bistro at night. I enjoyed lunch there.

Soille (Imaizumi, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City) is a cafe by day and a bistro by night.

Soille is located about a 7-minute walk from Nishitetsu Yakuin Station and an 8-minute walk from Kego Park, making it easily accessible from the Tenjin area.

The store's name was inspired by the Old French word "Soil," which means "earth," and reflects the desire to create a place (= soil) where anyone can drop in and interact with others.

The interior of the store, which spreads out towards the back, is characterized by its calm color scheme.

There is a large table in the center with surrounding seating and tables for 2 to 4 people. The atmosphere is relaxed and you can come alone without any worries.

The greenery placed here and there blended in with the atmosphere of the store and was very soothing.

"Lunch plate" with four main dishes to choose from

During lunch time (11:30-15:00), you can enjoy the "Selectable LUNCH PLATE" (1,480 yen).

The set includes a choice of four main dishes, bread, soup, salad, and a drink.

The main dishes change frequently, so you can enjoy a different menu every time you visit. On the day I visited, there were four options: "A. Special pork ragu pasta," "B. Salmon, arugula, and cherry tomato quiche," "C. Steamed chicken power salad," and "D. Duck confit on the bone (+200 yen)."

This time I tried two types. First up was "C. Steamed Chicken Power Salad." It looked so cute with sliced strawberries and beetroot dressing!

The tender steamed chicken was thick and satisfying! The generous serving of fresh vegetables was also delicious.

This "B. Salmon, Arugula, and Fruit Tomato Quiche" has a crispy crust. The sweetness of the fruit tomatoes was exquisite and irresistible.

Of course, it's good to eat the bread and soup separately, but I also recommend dipping the bread into the soup! On this day, I had corn soup, and the sweet corn and olive oil flavor was delicious. Needless to say, it went perfectly with the bread.

You can add a dessert to the "Selectable Lunch Plate" for an additional 200 yen. On this day, the dessert was "Hojicha and Espresso Panna Cotta."

The strong aroma of roasted green tea wafts through your nose...! The smooth texture of the whole thing is nicely accented by the crunch of the nuts, making it delicious.

From the main course to the additional dessert, we were able to spend a very satisfying time.

The takeaway drink menu is also appealing.

Soille has a wide variety of drinks on the menu, including espresso, tea, smoothies, soft drinks, and original drinks! Takeout is available at any time during business hours, until the evening.
