This time, we will introduce you to a restaurant where you can enjoy Taiwanese cuisine near "ACROS Fukuoka" in Tenjin, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City.

Experience the feeling of Taiwan! "Da Pai Dang 105 Fukuoka Tenjin Branch" (Tenjin, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City)

"Da Pai Dang 105 Fukuoka Tenjin store" is located about a 2-minute walk from Exit 16 of Tenjin Station on the Subway Kuko Line.

This authentic dim sum and Taiwanese restaurant currently operates 19 stores nationwide, mainly in the Kanto and Kansai regions. There is another store in Kyushu, the "Fukuoka Oyafuko Dori Store" in Maizuru, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City. *Business hours and menus vary by store.

If you walk straight down the alley next to Suikyou Tenmangu Shrine, across from ACROS Fukuoka on Meiji Dori, you will see it in the middle.

The interior of the store is modeled after a Taiwanese food stall, and as soon as you step inside, you'll feel like you're really there! The eye-catching yellow neon sign and the photos on the wall make it look like you're in a Taiwanese scene outside the window... Even though I was just in Tenjin, I felt like I had arrived in a foreign land in an instant, and I was completely in the mood for a trip to Taiwan♪

The first floor is a long, vertical structure, while the second floor has spacious table seating.

Business hours are 11:30-15:00 (reservations not accepted) and 17:00-23:00 (last order 22:30).

This time I went at lunchtime.

Great value for money! Lunch menu where you can choose your favorite noodles

The lunch menu consists of two items: "Taiwanese Fried Chicken Set Meal" (950 yen) and "Today's Lunch Set" (1,000 yen).

All dishes come with a choice of noodle dishes from among "Dandan noodles," "Wonton noodles," the Taiwanese street food classic "Tanzi noodles," and "Taiwanese mixed noodles."

Other than the noodle dishes, the "Taiwanese Fried Chicken Set Meal" comes with rice (free refills), pickled mustard greens, and Taiwanese fried chicken. The "Today's Lunch Set" comes with baked xiaolongbao, saliva-dripping chicken, pickled mustard greens, today's dish, and half a bowl of Lu Rou Fan. It's very filling!

This time we went as a group of two and both ordered the "Today's Lunch Set." For the "Choose your noodle dish," we chose "Dandan noodles" and "Taiwanese mixed noodles."

The set includes baked xiaolongbao, chicken with saliva, pickled mustard greens, and a dish of the day (pasta salad), all served on one plate. It's nice to be able to enjoy a little bit of each dish♪

The baked xiaolongbao, a specialty of "Da Pai Dang 105", is well-browned on the bottom and has a crispy texture on the outside. The inside is filled with hot soup and ingredients, making it irresistibly juicy and delicious!

The noodle dish I had, "Dandan noodles", was not as spicy as I expected, just a little spicy. I could feel the aroma and richness of the spices and it was delicious! I was also very satisfied with the volume.

The Lu Rou Fan is filled with chunks of seasoned meat. Everything is really delicious, but the portions are so filling that I was actually grateful that the rice was only half-sized.

All this food was priced at 1,000 yen. This truly was the best value for money lunch!
