[Tenjin Area Ramen] You'll be hooked! The delicious "Chicken Soba" with a double soup of chicken broth and seafood (Fukuoka City)

This time, we will introduce you to a delicious "chicken broth x seafood" ramen located in Haruyoshi, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City.

Chicken Man, a popular chicken restaurant that opened in June 2024 (Haruyoshi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City)

Chicken Man opened in June 2024 on the second floor of the complex called HARUYOSHI SQUARE, a five-minute walk from Tenjin Minami Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line.

The restaurant is proud of its "Chicken Teppan" (950 yen per portion), which features stir-fried domestic chicken tenderloin, cabbage, and garlic on a hot iron plate, and the "Chicken Soba" (950 yen), which was introduced in September 2024. They also offer a large, crispy and juicy "Karaage Teishoku" (880 yen), and the "Chicken Nanban Teishoku" (980 yen), which features fried chicken lightly coated in sweet and sour sauce and topped with plenty of their original tartar sauce.

It was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere even for one person.

The rich soup is superb! "Chicken Soba" is the perfect match of chicken broth and seafood flavors.

What we would like to introduce this time is the signature dish, "Chicken Soba" (950 yen).

It is topped with rare char siu made from aged Sangen pork that has been slowly cooked at low temperature, purple onion, chopped yuzu, and radish sprouts.

The color balance is very stylish and the beautiful visuals are also great.

It features an original soup made by combining chicken broth made from simmered domestic chicken and fresh vegetables with seafood and seasoning.

Although it has a creamy, thick foam, the taste is surprisingly refreshing!

The seafood broth is not the type that has a strong fish powder flavor like tsukemen soup, but rather has a subtle Japanese taste.

It's understated, but has a strong presence.

The noodles are from the popular Kyoto noodle factory "Menya Teigaku." The medium-thick, straight noodles are easy to swallow and perfectly soak up the soup.

When you mix the rare pork slices with the soup and put them in your mouth, you'll be knocked out by their tenderness and deep flavor.

Chopped yuzu has a strong bitter taste, making it the perfect palate cleanser for the rich soup.

By the way, you can order "Chicken Soba" at both lunch and dinner.
