Sushiya Hare no Hi opened on the 10th floor of KITTE Hakata on December 2, 2024. This restaurant, run by Daiichi Kosho, famous for its karaoke business, is known for its sushi and tempura, and is the first of its kind in Kyushu.

The signature menu item here is the "All-you-can-eat Plan" (120 minutes, 4,389 yen for men, 4,169 yen for women, 2,194 yen for elementary school students, free for children under elementary school age), which includes more than 40 types of sushi and side dishes including crispy tempura, for a total of more than 80 items to enjoy.
