Rich and delicious chocolate! Recommended gelato from a chocolate gateau specialty store (Fukuoka City)

This time, we will introduce you to the delicious gelato from a baked fresh chocolate specialty store located in Onokusu, Minami-ku, Fukuoka City.

Gluten-free gateau chocolat specialty store "Gateau-Lien Takamiya store, baked fresh chocolate specialty store" (Okusu, Minami-ku, Fukuoka City)

Gateau-Lien Takamiya store, a baked chocolate specialty store, is located a 2-minute walk from Nishitetsu Takamiya Station.

This restaurant is famous for its gluten-free chocolate gateau "Baked Raw Chocolate," created by the owner chef of the high-end French restaurant "Lien," a European creative cuisine restaurant located in Kitakyushu City (now closed).

We also have stores in Kurosaki and Kokura, and the Takamiya store opened in September 2023.

Upon entering the store, you will be greeted by a large showcase.

In addition to "Baked Raw Chocolate", "Hojicha Chocolate", and "Matcha Chocolate" (2,200 yen each),

Other items on offer include "Cut Chocolat" (5 slices for 1,280 yen, 15 slices for 2,900 yen, 30 slices for 5,000 yen) and "Mitsui no Kotobuki Sake Chocolate" (2,500 yen).

There was also a wide variety of "Bijou Chocolat" (350 yen each) and "Macarons" (350 yen each) on display, which could be purchased individually.

The "Premium Chocolatte" (680 yen) and "Chocolate Drink (HOT/ICED)" (480 yen) look like great snacks to try while walking around.

Going further inside the store, we found ourselves in a restaurant where we could enjoy creative European cuisine.

In addition to lunch, which includes dishes such as the "Omurice Lunch" (2,200 yen) and "Today's Meat Lunch" (2,500 yen), which come with soup, salad, dessert, and a drink, the restaurant is also open for cafe and dinner.

If there is availability, you can use it without a reservation, but it is said that it is better to make a reservation in advance to be sure.

Rich and delicious gelato! New brand "CHOCO GELATO FUKUOKA"

The destination for this day was "CHOCO GELATO FUKUOKA," a gelato brand by "Gateau-Lien" that launched on August 20, 2024.

The melting texture of the "baked chocolate" is replicated in gelato.

Single room: 450 yen, double room: 650 yen.

Currently, six flavors are available: "Chocolate," "Pistachio (+50 yen)," "Rich Milk," "Mango," "Kiwi," and "Sweet Potato."

It's basically a takeaway, but you can also eat on the sofas in the sales area.

First, I ordered a double serving of their signature products, "Chocolate" and "Rich Milk."

I love the combination of chocolate and milk, so this is the perfect combination for me!

The chocolate was rich and melted in your mouth, while the milk soft serve had a refreshing taste.

It's sure to satisfy everyone, from adults to children.

This is a double flavor of "chocolate" and "pistachio."

The flavor of pistachio comes to the forefront, and the refined sweetness is irresistible.

The sweetness is not too strong overall, so you won't feel guilty about it.

The kids were thrilled with their favorite chocolate and ate them up in no time (laughs).
