Limited time offer until the end of November! Autumn-themed "Hojicha" menu

The aim of the day was to try the limited-time "Hojicha" menu, available from September 1st to the end of November 2024 (planned). Using "Stock Hojicha" from "On-on-," a Japanese tea specialty store in Ropponmatsu, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, the menu includes "Hojicha Latte (HOT/ICE)" (700 yen), "Hand-Drip Hojicha (HOT/ICE)" (600 yen), and "Hojicha Pudding" (650 yen).

"Hand-drip roasted green tea" is served in a beaker in a unique style! The moment you pour it yourself is the shutter speed ♪

"Bo Hojicha" is made by roasting the stems and branches instead of the tea leaves, and is carefully drip-brewed one cup at a time. The freshly brewed aroma is irresistible. It has a rich flavor, but with less caffeine and a refreshing taste. It was very delicious.
