Mister Donut x Black Thunder! Limited-edition donuts guaranteed to be delicious

Everyone's favorite "Mister Donut" and everyone's favorite "Black Thunder" are collaborating for the first time!

Starting today, September 11, 2024, five types of Halloween donuts will be available in stores as "MISDO HALLOWEEN x Black Thunder."

The theme of "MISDO HALLOWEEN x Black Thunder" is "It comes with a crunch! It's so delicious it'll shock you!"

The five types of donuts are said to depict the story of a mischievous wizard and his cat who cast a spell on Mister Donut's popular donuts - Chocolate, Old Fashioned, and Pon de Ring - transforming them into the Black Thunder Monster.

The mischievous duo and monsters will deliver some delicious surprises.

It will be sold at all Mister Donut stores (excluding some shops) for a limited time until Thursday, October 31, 2024.

1. Black Thunder Chocolate

"Black Thunder Chocolate" (216 yen for takeout, 220 yen for eat-in) is the mischievous leader of the Black Thunder monsters.

Chocolate dough is filled with chocolate filling, topped with crunchy biscuits and cocoa cookies, and then coated with chocolate.

Another point of interest is the lightning pattern (golden topping) that appeared when he was struck by lightning, which he says he likes as a sign of a leader.

2: Pon de Ichigo Black Thunder

"Pon de Strawberry Black Thunder" (take-out 216 yen, eat-in 220 yen) is a donut monster idol that will make everyone go crazy for its sweet aroma.

The Pon de Ring dough is filled with chocolate filling, topped with crunchy biscuits and cocoa cookies, and coated with strawberry chocolate.

Apparently when they're playing pranks, their eyes light up and it makes them excited!

3: White Black Thunder Fashion

"White Black Thunder Fashion" (take-out 216 yen, eat-in 220 yen) is the younger twin of "Pon de Strawberry Black Thunder" that is always attached to it.

Old fashioned dough topped with chocolate filling, crunchy biscuits and cocoa cookies and coated with white chocolate.

Even though he's a monster, he's quite scared, and was so startled by the thunder that he turned completely white.

4: Pon de Wizard

"Pon de Wizard" (take-out 194 yen, eat-in 198 yen) is a superstar in the world of wizards, where mischievous people gather.

Pon de Ring is coated with chocolate and topped with Halloween-colored chocolate sprinkles.

The pick on his hat makes him look like a wizard! He says he's "especially excited" for Halloween, which comes once a year.

5. French Cat

"French Cat" (take-out 194 yen, eat-in 198 yen) is best friends with "Pon de Mahou Tsukai."
