Shimonya is a grilled offal and skewered meat restaurant that first opened in Tokyo in 1998.
Shimoniya Daimyo store, located in Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, about a 7-minute walk from Akasaka Station on the subway, is the newer Shimoniya store in Fukuoka, having opened on October 8, 2022.

Further in, there are about 60 seats, including counter and table seats, and retro illustrations on the walls. With reasonable prices starting from 120 yen per skewer, there is a wide variety of meats on offer, including tongue, heart, skirt steak, and heart base (120 yen each), and pork belly (170 yen).
The skewers are slowly grilled over charcoal, bringing out the delicious aroma and meaty flavor!
In addition, there are a variety of unique menu items that you may not have heard of, such as the juicy "Shiro" (120 yen) and tender "Toro" (120 yen).

You can enjoy up to three glasses per person.
In addition, the all-you-can-drink menu is also a bargain! The 120-minute all-you-can-drink option, which includes Kinmiya shochu and draft beer, costs just 1,500 yen.
