More than 10 kinds of "luxurious cakes" packed with fruit ♡ A hot new shop from a hugely popular store (Fukuoka City)

Hello♪ I'm chippachapus and I love going to cafes.

This time, we will introduce a cake shop that opened on August 4, 2024 in Iikura 1-chome, Jonan-ku, Fukuoka City!

A sister store of the popular cheesecake shop has opened! "patisserie GREEN LEMON" (Iikura 1-chome, Jonan-ku, Fukuoka City) where you can enjoy more than 10 types of cakes

Patisserie GREEN LEMON is a new shop run by the owner of the popular cheesecake specialty shop CHEESE CAKE LEMON, located in Beppu, Jonan, Fukuoka City and Sumiyoshi, Hakata Ward (close to Canal City Hakata).

This shop offers a variety of homemade cakes.

It is located along National Route 263 (Sawara Kaido), about a 1-minute walk from the Nishitetsu bus stop, Iikura 2-chome.

When you enter the store, you'll see a display case in front of you lined with cakes made with lavish amounts of fruit.

There are always more than 10 kinds of cakes on display. The owner himself goes to buy fruits and carefully selects the most delicious ones for use that day.

On this day, there were many tarts topped with chunks of fruit.

The "Chiffon Cake", which makes a perfect gift, comes in five different flavors.

The store also has a spacious eat-in space.

Because the store has large windows that let in plenty of natural light, the lighting is kept low so that the cakes look beautiful.

There are also counter seats that are comfortable even for one person.

Peach tart

"Peach Tart" (700 yen each) is an almond and custard tart topped with custard cream, mascarpone cream, and large chunks of peaches.

The tart dough had a nice fragrant almond flavor, and the almond part was fluffy.

The mascarpone cream combined with the custard creates a rich flavor, and the peaches are large, so you can enjoy their juiciness directly.

Shine Muscat cheese tart

The base of the tart is a cheesecake, topped with custard cream, mascarpone cream, and Shine Muscat grapes, making the "Shine Muscat Cheese Tart" (780 yen each).

The tart crust was crispy and the cheesecake had a soft, rich cheese flavor and just the right amount of sweetness.

The popping, juicy taste of the Shine Muscat grapes was a perfect match.

House Mandarin Orange and Custard Tart

The "House Mandarin Orange and Custard Tart" (700 yen each) is an almond tart base topped with a generous amount of custard cream and mandarin oranges.

The cream was fluffy and melted easily in the mouth, bringing out the juicy sweetness of the mandarin oranges.

Blueberry Cheese Tart

The "Blueberry Cheese Tart" (680 yen each) is a cheesecake tart topped with custard cream, fresh cream, and blueberries.

The sweet and sour taste of the blueberries and their crunchy texture were a nice accent.

Two kinds of kiwi tart

The "Two Kinds of Kiwi Tart" (620 yen each) combines an almond and custard tart base with custard and mascarpone cream and two kinds of kiwi.

The kiwi has a refreshing sweetness, and it was great to be able to compare the two types.

Fig and mascarpone cheese tart

"Fig and Mascarpone Cheese Tart" (680 yen each) is an almond tart dough topped with custard, fresh cream, and large pieces of fig.

Both the dough and cream were soft and fluffy, and the crunchy texture of the figs added a nice touch.

basque cheesecake

Of course, you can't miss the "Cheesecake." This is the "Basque Cheesecake" (520 yen each).

It had a smooth texture that melted in your mouth, and the mild cheese flavor was complemented by a slightly bitter taste on the surface.

They were all so delicious that I wanted to try several different kinds.

If you dine in, it will be served with a drink. There are also some menu items that are only available for dine-in customers.

This is already a popular restaurant, so be sure to check it out! (Text by chippachapus)
