Cooking time is 10 minutes! [MUJI] One-pan meal kit for authentic cooking

This time, we will introduce three out of the 10 items in MUJI's "Frying Pan Meal Kit," which comes with pre-cut ingredients and seasonings, making cooking quicker. They're also perfect for stocking up on for when you're busy but still want to eat something proper.
1: "Frying Pan Meal Kit: Three Kinds of Seafood Bouillabaisse"
First up is the "Frying Pan Meal Kit: Bouillabaisse with Three Kinds of Seafood" (690 yen).
The meal kit contains rockfish, white shrimp, boiled clams, green peppers, onions, and two bouillabaisse sauces. One bag is 290g and contains 184kcal.
It's very easy to make. First, mix the thawed sauce with 150cc of water under running water.
Next, add 2 teaspoons of oil to a frying pan and fry the frozen white fish for about 2 minutes.
Flip it over, add the remaining ingredients and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add the sauce you mixed earlier, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes and it's done.
When you actually try it, you can taste the seafood stock and the soup is authentic! It contains three different types of seafood, giving it a luxurious feel.
The vegetables have just the right amount of crunch and are full of flavor.
It's also perfect for a late-night meal. I was able to enjoy authentic bouillabaisse in just 10 minutes!
2: "Frying pan meal kit: Pork stir-fried with black vinegar sauce"
This is the "Frying Pan Meal Kit: Stir-fried Pork with Black Vinegar Sauce" (690 yen).
The main ingredient is fried pork, with onions, green peppers, paprika, and two sauces. Each 290g bag contains 363kcal.
Let's actually make it. First, thaw the sauce under running water.
Next, add 2 teaspoons of oil to a frying pan and fry the frozen pork for about 2 minutes. Then add the remaining frozen ingredients, cover, and heat for about 5 minutes.
Finally, add the thawed sauce, mix everything together, and fry over low heat for 30 seconds.
The meat is big, but soft and easy to eat! The pork fat is sweet and filling. The sweet and sour black vinegar sauce that coats the ingredients has just the right amount of acidity, making it the perfect dish to eat with rice.
The flavor of the bell peppers and paprika is strong and very satisfying.
This colorful dish contains plenty of vegetables and can be made in just 10 minutes, so it's sure to come in handy if you keep some in stock.
3: "Frying Pan Meal Kit: Shrimp and Squid Ajillo"
The last dish is the "Frying Pan Meal Kit: Shrimp and Squid Ajillo" (690 yen).
It contains broccoli, fried potatoes, shelled shrimp, squid, and two sauces. Each 206g bag contains 143kcal.
I made the ajillo in a small frying pan.
First, defrost the sauce under running water, then add 4 tablespoons of oil and the sauce to a frying pan and heat.
Add the frozen ingredients and mix well, then cover and cook on low heat for about 6 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. The aroma of garlic will whet your appetite even while you cook.
Remove the lid and cook for about 1 minute and it's done.
It was so delicious you wouldn't believe it was made so quickly, and the seafood, as well as the fluffy potatoes and broccoli, all went perfectly with the ajillo.
It has a strong flavor, so it's great for dipping baguette in it or pairing it with pasta. It also goes well with wine.
