We want pork bone lovers to try this! We discovered an excitingly delicious "salt ramen" (Sasaguri-machi, Kasuya-gun)

Hello. I am Yorimichi, the owner of the blog "Yorimichi's Fukuoka Introduction," which introduces delicious restaurants in Fukuoka.

We have big news for everyone in Fukuoka.

I've always loved tonkotsu ramen, but I recently found a restaurant that serves great salt ramen.

Surprisingly hidden gem!? The soup is full of delicious seafood flavor and is delicious! "Shio Ramen Ore no Shio" (Sasaguri Town, Kasuya District)

This time, I would like to introduce "Shio Ramen Ore no Shio," which I came across by chance while wandering around Sasaguri Town, Kasuya District.

It is about a 5-minute drive from JR Sasaguri Station, along National Route 201, near the Sasaguri Pedestrian Bridge.

First, buy a meal ticket from the ticket machine.

The signature dish is salt ramen, and in addition to the basic "Salt Ramen" (790 yen), there are also "Seafood Shio Ramen" (850 yen), "Stamina Salt Ramen" (980 yen), and "Salt Char Siu Ramen" (790 yen).

There is also a "Chicken and Pork Char Siu Noodles" (790 yen) with a different soup. You can customize it to your liking by adding "Char Siu" (250 yen), "Boiled Egg" (130 yen), "Bamboo shoots" (150 yen), etc.

There were also side dishes that would come in handy on days when you feel like eating something hearty, such as "Rare Char Siu Rice Bowl" (430 yen) and "Fried Chicken" (3 pieces for 290 yen, 5 pieces for 390 yen).

The inside of the store is small, with a counter and a few tables.

There were POP signs on the counter introducing each ramen.

I love waiting while reading things like this.

Let's try it!

On this day, I decided to try something different and ordered the "Seafood Shio Ramen" (850 yen).

The salt ramen at this restaurant is made with a blend of three types of salt, and the "Seafood Shio Ramen" is made with clam and oyster broth and scallop oil.

The aroma as soon as it is placed on the table makes you even hungrier...

First, take a sip of the soup.

Wow, what is this? It's delicious! It has a strong seafood flavor.

What can I say about this soup?

The flavor is infused to the max, making it irresistible. You'll drink it all before even getting to the noodles.

The noodles are medium-thick whole wheat noodles. I'm sure there are many people who prefer thin noodles, but I think these noodles are definitely a good match for this soup.

Thinly sliced pork gives off a sense of luxury.

It's so creamy and irresistible.

Encouraged by this, I also ordered the "Stamina Salt Ramen" (980 yen), which has evolved to include toppings more reminiscent of Jiro-style ramen.

There's so much bean sprouts on top that you won't need extra noodles!

The soup contains twice as much salt and garlic as the "Kaisen Shio Ramen." It's even richer than the regular version.

The bean sprouts have no flavour, so they balance perfectly with the rich soup.

Sprinkle on the original spices (more than 10 types available) on the table to double the flavor. You'll finish it in no time.

Before I knew it, the bean sprouts had disappeared. This is a wonderful change in flavor.

The pork slices are different from those in the "Kaisen Shio Ramen." They are moist and have a truly elegant flavor.

Both salt ramen were so delicious that I was excited!

Please give it a try. Check out Instagram for more details. (Text by Yorimitsu)
