This time, we will introduce four types of luxurious shaved ice that are only available during the summer at the cafe "Kajukura Fruits Studio Shirokane" in Shirokane, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City!
"Kajukura Fruit Workshop Shirokane" (Shirokane, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City) is a cafe where you can enjoy Japanese sweets made with Kyushu fruits.
"Kajugura Fruit Workshop Shirokane" is located about a 6-minute walk from Yakuin Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line. It opened in February 2024.

On the day I visited, they had "Tida Pineapple from Okinawa" and "Gold Rush" on display! Another attraction of this shop is that you can enjoy a different lineup for each season.

A relaxing eat-in space with a retro Showa-era feel
After taking off your shoes and going up the stairs to the second floor, you will find yourself in a modern Japanese space with a Showa-era feel. *One order per person (minimum one item)

Summer only! Luxurious fluffy shaved ice made with plenty of Amaou strawberries
Kajugura's shaved ice, which launched on June 3, 2024, comes in four flavors: the classic "Yame Matcha Shaved Ice" (1,500 yen) and "Black Sesame Kinako Shaved Ice" (1,500 yen), the premium "Amaou Strawberry Shaved Ice" (1,800 yen), and the limited-time (scheduled to be available until the end of August 2024) "Tida Pineapple Shaved Ice" (1,800 yen).

This time, I tried the most popular item, "Amaou Strawberry Shaved Ice"! This luxurious shaved ice is topped with a sauce made with plenty of Amaou strawberries, milk syrup, cream cheese mousse, and dried strawberries, and is a treat to look at.

The fluffy ice and the sweet and sour taste of the Amaou strawberries are perfectly matched, and the salty taste of the cream cheese adds a nice accent!

What's more, as you eat it, yogurt ice cream will come out from inside, allowing you to enjoy the change in flavor. The sweet strawberry sauce and refreshing yogurt blend together to fill your mouth with happiness...!

When you pour the "golden white honey milk" that comes with every shaved ice, it adds a rich sweetness and creates a completely different flavor. You can enjoy many different flavors in one shaved ice.
