Ramely is a new brand from the Kujukushima Group, which operates many popular restaurants such as Akai Fuusen, French Toast Specialty Shop Ivorish, and I'm LILY.

Based on the concept of "THE GOLDEN CARAMEL STRINGS," the shop has created a luxurious selection of sweets that combine the bitter taste of bitter caramel with the gorgeous aroma of black tea, with a smooth, melting caramel as a golden thread.

Introducing 4 products with irresistible refined flavors!

Their signature product is the "Caramel Galette" (4 pieces for 1,080 yen / 8 pieces for 2,160 yen / 12 pieces for 3,240 yen). A fragrant galette filled with plenty of caramel that spreads the aroma of Earl Grey.

The contrast between the light and crispy crust and the smooth and creamy caramel is amazing. It's a very satisfying dish! It's the perfect accompaniment to coffee.

Next up is the "Caramel Financier" (4 pieces for 1,080 yen / 8 pieces for 2,160 yen). This is a carefully baked item made with Earl Grey and caramel dough, topped with caramel cream. It had a perfect balance of moist texture, elegant aroma, and rich caramel flavor!

This is "Caramel Millefeuille" (8 pieces for 1,620 yen / 12 pieces for 2,268 yen).

The cream, rich in bitter caramel and Earl Grey flavors, is sandwiched between crispy pie crust and then coated with milk chocolate.
