This is a revamped version of the pudding parfait, which is very popular every year, and this year's pudding parfait will use "Lorraine rock salt."

The rock salt is from the Lorraine region in northeastern France, and is characterized by its mellow sweetness and refreshing taste. In addition to the topping of "Soft Serve Vanilla,"

It is used in the salted caramel sauce poured over the pudding underneath.

The "Vanilla Soft Serve Ice Cream" was also topped with crunchy roasted sugar.

It is made using Shine Muscat juice from Nagano Prefecture, and the color is as vivid as the fruit itself!
