The "Barbie♥Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk Sweets Buffet", a collaboration with the fashion doll "Barbie", which celebrates its 65th anniversary this year, will start on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at "Brasserie & Lounge Ciara" on the 4th floor of "Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk" in Jigyohama, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City! It will be held only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays until Sunday, September 1, from 15:30 to 17:00 (last entry 16:30).

A space based on the concept of "Powerful Barbies' Summer Party" has been created in an open atrium with a 40m-high ceiling where bright sunlight pours in.
With a pink base and pop décor filled with iconic Barbie items such as palm trees and surfboards, you can enjoy around 20 kinds of playful sweets and savory dishes created by chefs.

The price is 5,500 yen for adults and 4,000 yen for ages 4 to 12. Students aged 13 and over can get a 4,500 yen discount, or 1,000 yen off, by showing their student ID and making a reservation on the official website, so don't miss out!

The one that really catches your eye is the "Barbie" colored "Very Berry Shortcake." It's so cute you won't be able to resist taking photos!

The chef's recommendation is the "Yuzu Cherry Pie," a vibrant red and yellow treat that is perfect for summer. It is made of crispy pie crust topped with yuzu cream and cherries.
The strong flavor and sourness of the yuzu and the sweetness of the cherry create a great contrast. It was delicious!
