As the name suggests, this dessert is a combination of fluffy pancakes and matcha daifuku.

When you open the bag, it is placed in a plastic tray to keep it from falling apart.

The batter, somewhere between a pancake and a souffle, is incredibly fluffy and topped with bean paste, matcha cream, and gyuhi, with matcha powder sprinkled on top.
