A spin-off of the extremely popular crepe menu item at Shimonoseki's "ALLEY"!

"ALLEY STAND Kokura Branch" has opened, a crepe stand where you can enjoy crepes and organic flavored milk tea. You can also enjoy eating in.

The dough is the star! "Press Crepe" has a new texture and a simple yet delicious taste.

Their signature crepes are made with an original batter that took about a year to perfect. It is also served at "ALLEY" in Shimonoseki.

There are two types of crepes: "Standard Crepes" and "Pressed Crepes." The "Standard Crepes" are a menu item that allows you to enjoy the taste of the rich buttery dough itself.

The other is the "Press Crepe," which is made by carefully pressing and baking each piece over a long period of time! It has a new texture that is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the taste is simple but best, with the dough as the main ingredient. There are three types: "Sugar Butter," "Sugar Cinnamon Butter," and "Salted Caramel Butter."

The lineup will feature crepes made with seasonal fruits and savory crepes.

By the way, the fresh cream used in this shop is rich and full-bodied, yet has a refreshing taste. It is actually "plant-based" and does not contain any animal products such as milk or eggs, and is lower in calories than regular fresh cream. You can eat as much as you want without feeling guilty.

They use organic tea from POSH, which has a store in Kiyosumi Shirakawa, Tokyo, and always have more than four different flavored milk teas on offer.

A must-try is the Eden milk tea, with mango and apple flavours. Other flavours available are Earl Grey, strawberry and jasmine milk teas. All of these are available with plant-based milk (mylk).
