[New store in Tenjin area] Cream-filled fried sandwiches starting at 100 yen! A popular Tokyo store with long lines

This time, we will introduce a popular restaurant that has made a triumphant return to Fukuoka.
Age.3 HAKATA, the second store of the popular deep-fried sandwich specialty restaurant in Ginza (Nishinakasu, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka)
The "Fried Sandwich" became a huge hit as soon as it was introduced at "FRUIT SAND THREE," a fruit sandwich specialty store in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. It is a new type of sandwich with plenty of ingredients sandwiched between crispy fried bread.
In December 2023, a specialty store called "Age.3" opened in Ginza, Tokyo. It has become so popular that there are long lines to get in.
The second store, "Age.3 HAKATA", opened in Nishinakasu, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City on April 30, 2024!

The restaurant is located near "Tenjin Central Park," "Original Hakata Mentaiju," and "stock (Stock/Panstock Tenjin Branch)." It is an 8-minute walk from Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station and a 5-minute walk from Nakasu-Kawabata Station on the Subway Airport Line and Hakozaki Line.
This is a takeout specialty store with an eye-catching pink exterior.

All of the "fried sandwiches" are freshly fried and packed one by one after the order is placed.

The store's showcase also displays fruit sandwiches delivered from FRUIT SAND THREE in Kama City.

There was also a "Pancake Tin" filled with moist pancakes, cream, and fresh fruit (700 yen each).

A wide variety of "fried sandwiches" for dessert and savory dishes
The lineup of "fried sandwiches" includes 19 standard dessert types and 9 savory types. There are also limited edition seasonal items, so there are always around 30 types available.

All regular menu items are priced at 500 yen, making them easy to understand and reasonably priced, which is a plus.
What's more, the "Whip" sandwiched with only their famous cream is the amazing price of only 100 yen for the first one (300 yen for the second one and onwards)! It's perfect for trying out.

The bread is fried to a perfect golden brown, creating the perfect ratio of crispy on the outside and fluffy inside!
The original whipped cream, which uses the plant-derived sweetener "Lakanto" instead of sugar, is sweet but light, and so delicious you'll want to eat as many as you can.
Also, on the day of my visit, limited-time items on sale were "Golden Matcha Chestnut Bean Dango," "Hakata Mentaiko Carbonara," and "Hakata Amaou Strawberry Daifuku" (700 yen each, on sale until the end of May 2024).

1st place: Creme Brulee

The deep fried bread is filled with plenty of custard whipped cream and has a crispy brulee exterior.

The rich sweetness is irresistible! The crunchy texture is also addictive. Enjoy while it's warm!
2nd place: "Nama Choco Choco"
The chocolate cream is sandwiched between two pieces of bread and topped with a generous amount of cocoa powder and raw chocolate. The bitterness of the cocoa powder and the sweetness of the chocolate cream create a well-balanced taste.
3rd place: Chocolate Strawberry
This is also a chocolate cream sandwich. It looks cute with strawberries on top. The balance between the sweet chocolate cream and the refreshing strawberries is excellent!
Although it's not on the ranking, I personally recommend "eye Love Blueberry."

The sweetness of the cream and the sweet and sour taste of the blueberries go perfectly together! It was topped with a generous amount of sauce and was a taste I really liked.

1st place: Grilled Keema Curry
It was packed with curry and was very filling. The flavor was strong and it was a very satisfying dish! It seems to be a popular dish among the staff too.

2nd place: "Tsukimi Teriyaki"
A hamburger steak drizzled in teriyaki sauce and a runny egg sandwiched between deep-fried bread. It's impossible not to love them together!
3rd place: Plenty of egg salad
As the name suggests, it's full of egg salad and is very filling! It's recommended for when you're really hungry.
On this day, I also tried the "Hakata Mentaiko Carbonara" (700 yen), which is available for a limited time until the end of May 2024. The carbonara is topped with a soft-boiled egg and drizzled with Spicy Fish Eggs sauce.
