This time, I took my two children to a cafe in Omuta City.
Whether you're alone or with your children, Bears Cafe (Omuta City) is a stylish and homey place to visit.
Bears Cafe is located less than 10 minutes by car from JR Kyushu and Nishitetsu's Omuta Station (west exit).

This is a stylish shop run by an owner who is a chiropractor.

Originally a coal mining town, Omuta has many noodle shops where workers can get a quick meal, but few restaurants serving set meals, so the owner thought, "If that's the case, why not just make it yourself?" and opened this restaurant in 2019.
The owner's name is "Takuma," so the shop was named "Bears Cafe."

The interior of the store has a homey atmosphere that makes it easy for even one person to enter, and it is clean.

This is the most popular "Hamburger Steak & Chicken Nanban Set" (1,250 yen). I ordered two sets.

Hamburg steak and chicken nanban, rice (or bread), salad, and soup are included. What's more, extra rice is free!
You can choose from three types of sauce for your hamburger steak: demi-glace, tomato, and Japonaise. This time I went for the demi-glace and Japonaise.
The hamburger steak is thick and more voluminous than it looks.

The taste is popular with people of all ages and genders. Even the kids were smiling because of the taste they loved.

Above all, I was impressed by how tender the meat was!
"How do you make it so soft?" is a question that customers often ask.
The reason for its softness is that it is marinated in seasonings the day before to give it a good flavor.
The sweet and sour sauce has a mild acidity, making it easy for children to eat, and the tartar sauce that goes with it is also delicious.

The natural sweetness and richness of the eggs combined with a soft texture make this a dish we hope many people will try.
I also found the daily specials that caught my eye. They are divided into three categories: A (880 yen), B (1,080 yen), and C (1,280 yen), and you can enjoy one type of each. You can check the menu for the day on the blackboard inside the store.

On this day, I ordered the "Yulin Chicken & Mini Hamburger Plate" (880 yen), which comes with rice and soup.

A mini hamburger steak and three large pieces of fried chicken! The fried chicken was crispy with a batter that was as light as possible. The sour sauce made it easy to keep eating. The chopsticks were also refreshing and a nice accent to the dish.

Overall, the sauces and dressings are carefully made, and the dishes are all ones you'll want to eat with rice.

The balance of sourness and sweetness is just right and you'll be addicted to it. It's also quite filling, so it's great value for money.
This is the "Chocolate Banana Parfait" (750 yen).

My kids love the combination of chocolate and banana, so they ate them up in no time (laughs).
This is a cafe I would recommend to anyone who wants to eat their fill in a stylish restaurant.
