This time, we will introduce a restaurant in Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka where you can enjoy offal dishes.

Opening April 9, 2024! "Daimyo Motsu Teppan Hirochan" (Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City) where you can eat delicious motsu dishes

Daimyo Motsu Teppan Hiro-chan opened on April 9, 2024, located a 3-minute walk from Exit 5 of Akasaka Station on the Subway Kuko Line.

It is located on the second floor, up the stairs of a building behind the Chuo Ward Office.

Business hours are 17:00-23:30 (last orders 23:00). The dishes and drinks, mainly offal, are appealing, so it's also recommended as a second stop!

On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only, they are open for lunch as "DAIMYO Butambushi" from 11:00 to 14:30.

This time, I ordered the chef's recommendation.

First, the signature dish, "Hiro-chan Teppan" (1,650 yen per portion). *Orders start from 2 portions, but if you come alone, you can order from 1 portion. Please ask the restaurant.

The friendly owner cooks right in front of you from start to finish. Unlike cooking it yourself, the doneness is perfect, and it's fun to watch the excitement.

First, garlic sprouts are placed on the hot plate, releasing a delicious, appetizing aroma.

Next came the tripe and vegetables. The tripe is steamed using the moisture from the vegetables, which gives it a fluffy texture.

The sauce is red miso-based, and they pour it on generously, so generously that you'll be left speechless.

When you blow on the hot ingredients while eating, you'll find the red miso sauce, which is a mix of sweet and spicy, to be incredibly addictive!

It goes well with beer. You can also add kelp vinegar to give it a refreshing taste.

Once you've finished eating, it's time to finish off.

There is a "Noodle Set" (210 yen) and a "Rice Set" (210 yen), and this time I went for the noodles.

While frying the thick noodles, mix in the remaining sauce and add Chinese soy sauce to taste. Of course, the staff will also prepare this final dish.

The smell, reminiscent of miso ramen, gets your hopes up, but the dish doesn't end there.

They even top it with cheese and roast it over a burner for an added touch.

The strong flavor is made milder, making it very easy to eat!

It was quite filling, but of course I ate it all!

Thanks to careful preparation, there is no unpleasant odor. Cooked at low temperature, it is smooth to the last bite. I would recommend this to people who don't like liver! It will surely change your perspective.

It's so fluffy and light!

My eldest daughter, who had lost her baby teeth and was missing her front teeth, said, "It's so soft, I don't need teeth" (laughs).

And to finish off, we finished off with a refreshing "Yuzu Sherbet" (310 yen each).
