A new product has been released at a popular sweets shop in JR Hakata Station. It will be on sale from today, Saturday, April 27, 2024.

"Only in Hakata in the world"! JR Hakata Station gift sweets shop "I'm LILY" (Hakataeki Chuo-gai, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City)

"Ippin Nishidori" is a new sweets spot that opened inside Hakata Station in October 2023. It is lined with a variety of shops, including POU UP SHOP.

One of them, "I'm LILY," is a gift sweets shop that is "only in Hakata in the world." There are no other stores outside of Hakata Station.

Based on the concept of "nut and butter sweets," we sell Western-style sweets that use butter with nuts, chestnuts, and other ingredients.

We would like to introduce two noteworthy new products from “I’m LILY,” a new Hakata brand that is garnering attention.

1: Butternut Cake Almond & Pistachio

The first is the newly updated "Butternut Cake Almond & Pistachio" (2,160 yen, sold frozen).

Smooth and creamy pistachio cream inside a fluffy souffle dough! The aroma and texture of almonds sprinkled on top of bittersweet caramel sauce create a luxurious taste.

Since it is a frozen cake, it is also recommended for taking home on the Shinkansen or express bus.

2: Financier Hazelnut & Butter

The second is "Financier Hazelnut & Butter" (5 pieces for 1,080 yen, 10 pieces for 2,160 yen).

This financier allows you to enjoy the marriage of rich, juicy butter flavor and fragrant hazelnuts. It is thick and filling.

The texture and aroma of the roasted hazelnuts sprinkled on the surface bring out the deliciousness of the moist baked dough.
