As the name suggests, this is a Japanese tiramisu that allows you to enjoy the melting texture of warabimochi.

When I opened the lid, the beautiful deep green color of the matcha powder jumped out at me!

The matcha warabimochi has three layers: sponge cake and matcha cream on top.

The matcha cream made with Hokkaido mascarpone is incredibly fluffy and smooth ♡ The slightly sweet cheese is accented with the richness and bitterness of the matcha.

Matcha warabimochi is sticky and delicious! The rich sweetness and slightly bitter matcha flavor make it addictive.

When eaten together with the moist sponge, it has a texture that literally melts in your mouth...! The cream and warabimochi are intertwined and melt away in your mouth.
