AUDREY is a specialty store for strawberry sweets with locations in Tokyo and Yokohama.

This brand combines sweet and sour strawberries with a variety of sweets to sell adorable, sparkling, jewel-like confections.

When it was previously available as a pop-up at the Daimaru Fukuoka Tenjin store, there were long lines every day. It kept selling out, but it has now been decided that it will be available again from April 24th (Wed) to May 7th (Tue) 2024.

One item you definitely want to buy is "Glacia," which has been immensely popular since its opening in 2014.

This bouquet-shaped dessert is made with milky cream made from white milk chocolate produced in Hokkaido, sweet and sour strawberries, and wrapped in a tuile that melts in your mouth.

The smooth, rich flavor of the cream and strawberries create a perfect balance of flavors, and the light texture will have you wanting to eat more than one.

This time's POP UP will feature products such as the "Glacia Milk (5 pieces)" (849 yen) shown in the photo, and "Glacia Chocolate (8 pieces)" (1,296 yen) wrapped in bittersweet chocolate cream.
