The KYUSHU LOVERS MARKET will be held at the JR Hakata Station Square starting tomorrow, Wednesday, April 17th, 2024.

[April 17th (Wed) - 21st (Sun)] "KYUSHU LOVERS MARKET" will be held in front of JR Hakata Station

The Hakata Farmers Market is a market event that has been held regularly in the square in front of Hakata Station.

For five days from tomorrow, April 17th (Wed) to April 21st (Sun), 2024, a special event will be held under the name "KYUSHU LOVERS MARKET," with the theme of "A market where you can encounter Kyushu's food and culture."

The event will be held from 11:00 to 19:00 (until 18:00 on the final day). Admission is free.

Approximately 35 stores open every day! A wide selection of delicious foods from all over Kyushu

There will be 40 retail stores and 17 food and beverage stores. During the event, about 35 stores from all over Kyushu will gather at the JR Hakata Station Plaza every day!

In addition to local foods made with Kyushu ingredients, such as Itoshima wild game steaks that the hunters themselves have hunted, and hot dogs made with Kyushu sausages, you can enjoy freshly grilled dishes on the spot.

There will also be a special booth by Mitsuya Aozora Tasuki, which offers experiential programs centered around Itoshima that allow visitors to experience the natural blessings and rich culture of Japan with all five senses. There will also be live music performances and live painting by local artists.

In addition, you can collect any eco-bags or paper bags you have left over at home (they will be given to people who forgot their own bags on the day of the event), and there will be a "PASSTO" set up where you can collect clothes, fashion accessories, and hobby products that are lying around your house and reuse/recycle them to pass them on to the next person who needs them. There are also "ethical actions" that anyone can take part in.

■Fashion goods: wallets, backpacks, watches, belts, caps, accessories
■ Hobby products: video games, plastic toys such as miniature cars and Plarail, figures, soft vinyl dolls, and stuffed toys
*Items that are torn, stained, excessively damaged, or wet cannot be collected.
*Please place small items such as accessories and blocks in a bag before bringing them.
*Once collected, items cannot be returned.
