This time, we will introduce a recipe for minced pork that is both delicious and easy on the wallet.
This recipe is satisfying even with a small amount of meat.
1: Very satisfying even with a small amount of meat! Ginger-flavored, creamy "Meat and egg in sweet and sour sauce"
It's not a crab omelet but a "meat omelet."
The prices of many things are rising, including eggs, but they are still a reliable, cost-effective ingredient. The slight sourness and ginger flavor make them perfect for eating with rice!
[Ingredients] (Serves 2)
Rice・・・2 servings
Eggs: 4
Minced pork・・・150g
Wood ear mushroom (dried)...6 pieces
Mayonnaise...1 tablespoon
Sesame oil...2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper...to taste
A Sugar...2 teaspoons
A Vinegar...2 teaspoons
A Soy sauce・・・2 teaspoons
A Sake・・・2 teaspoons
A Potato starch...2 teaspoons
A Chicken stock powder... 2 teaspoons
A Ginger juice... 1 teaspoon
A Water・・・150ml
<How to make>
(1) Soak the wood ear mushrooms in lukewarm water and tear them into bite-sized pieces with your hands. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the mayonnaise, add salt and pepper, and beat until light. Put A in a small saucepan and mix together. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
(2) Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to a frying pan and heat. Add the pork and drained wood ear mushrooms and stir fry with a little salt and pepper.
(3) Once the meat is cooked, place it in the bowl with the eggs.
(4) Wipe the frying pan clean with paper towels, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and heat over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, pour in the egg mixture all at once. Mix vigorously from the outside to the inside, and when the egg is done to your liking, serve it on top of the rice.
(5) Heat a small saucepan and stir vigorously until thickened. Pour on top of (4).
The cooking time is very short, so prepare your ingredients ahead of time before you start.

Ingredients (serves 3-4)
White rice・・・2 cups
Black rice... 2 tablespoons
Water...appropriate amount
<How to make>
(1) Wash the white rice and drain it in a colander. Place the washed white rice in the inner pot of the rice cooker and add water up to the 2 cups mark. Then add the black rice and 4 tablespoons (about 60 ml) of water.
(2) Soak for at least 30 minutes and then cook as usual.
Black rice can be used without washing to prevent the color from dissolving, but if you are concerned about it, give it a quick wash. Wash the white rice you are cooking together with the black rice and add the usual amount of water before adding the black rice and water.
The rule of thumb is 2 tablespoons (about 30ml) of water for every tablespoon (about 15ml) of black rice. If you want a darker color, try increasing the ratio of black rice to white rice.
If you soak it for more than 2 hours, the skin will be soft, chewy, and the color will come out beautifully. Even if you don't have time, we recommend soaking it for 30 minutes.
2. "Rice cooked with fresh eggs and minced pork" - highly satisfying even with few ingredients
The onions and pork become soft and sweet as they are cooked. There is only a small amount of meat, but it is very satisfying! The delicious aroma of onions fills the room while it is cooking.
Adding a little soy sauce adds a nice aroma and improves the flavor.
[Ingredients] (Serves 2)
White rice・・・1 cup
1/2 fresh onion (70g)
Minced pork・・・60g
Consomme (granules)...1 teaspoon
Soy sauce・・・1/2 teaspoon
Sake・・・1 tablespoon
Black pepper...appropriate amount
Water...appropriate amount
<How to make>
(1) Wash the rice and soak it for 30 minutes. Cut the spring onion into wedges and separate it. Cut the pork into 1 cm pieces.
(2) Drain the rice in a colander and place it in the inner pot of the rice cooker. Add the sake and soy sauce, and add water up to the 1 cup mark (if using a pot, use 180 ml of water).
(3) Cook the rice using the normal cooking method.
(4) Once cooked, mix well and sprinkle with black pepper.
I ate it with coriander on top. If you have it, sprinkle some green onions on top. If you don't mind calories, you can also add butter and let it melt before eating. I recommend adding lots of black pepper.
