This time, we will introduce you to a delicious lunch at a shabu-shabu restaurant in Gion-cho, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City.

Enjoy carefully selected brand pork at a reasonable price! Pork specialty restaurant "Buta no Manma" (Gionmachi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)

The izakaya restaurant "Buta no Manma" is located a one-minute walk from Exit 5 of Kushidajinja-mae Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line and opposite Hakata Police Station.

This restaurant specializes in pork dishes, using Chamiton, a brand of pork raised on green tea and sweet potatoes by farmers contracted with JA Kagoshima.

Popular dishes include the "Tonkotso Green Onion Shabu" which uses "Cha-mi Pork" shabu-shabu made with their famous pork bone soup, and "Tonkotso Steamed Gyoza".

It's also well-known for its reasonable prices, and is crowded with people every day.

A special weekday lunch special! "Chabitonju" where you can fully enjoy the deliciousness of pork

Lunch is only available on weekdays (reservations not accepted), and the only item on the menu is "Chamitonju" (790 yen) which comes with miso soup!

The dish is available in two flavors: "secret sauce" and "salt sauce," with only 40 bowls available each day.

Chamiton pork is characterized by its tender, rich-flavored lean meat and clean, elegantly sweet fatty meat.

Since the restaurant opened, the shoulder loin has been thoroughly soaked in the "secret sauce," which has been replenished every day for over a decade and has a memorable rich sweetness similar to that of kabayaki sauce, before being grilled quickly over charcoal.
