Located on the basement floor of the JRJP Hakata Building, 300 steps from the station, Hinatanokura - Miyazaki Cuisine Tojitokko is an izakaya that serves charcoal-grilled local chicken heads and Miyazaki cuisine.

They also have a lunch menu, so you can enjoy alcohol from lunchtime! They also have a wide selection of Miyazaki local sake.

Packed with recommendations! A taste report of the evening menu

This time I used it at dinner time.

First, we recommend ordering the "Takachiho Miso Cucumber" (528 yen) as a snack. The sweetness of Takachiho's oil miso goes perfectly with cucumbers! It also goes well with rice.

The most popular dish at "Hinatanokura" is the "Miyazaki Jitokko Charcoal Grilled Chicken, Small" (1,298 yen). Charcoal grilled chicken is a must-have for Miyazaki cuisine.

The Jidori chicken at this restaurant is very tender and juicy! It's packed with flavor, and the more you chew it, the more flavor it releases. The aroma of the charcoal grill is irresistible!

This is Miyazaki's specialty "Chicken Nanban" (748 yen). It is served with a refreshing special black vinegar sauce, and adding lemon makes it even more refreshing. The thick meat is very satisfying!
