A one-night-only premium dinner event will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024.
"The GRAND DINING Phantom Cave" is an event where you can spend a special evening at "GRANADA SUITE on À TABLE".
Positive Dream Persons, a hospitality business that operates nationwide, will be holding a one-night-only premium dinner event designed around time, place, and food, "The GRAND DINING Phantom Cave," from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2024 (13,000 yen, service charge and three pairing drinks included).
The venue is GRANADA SUITE on À TABLE in Nakasu, Fukuoka.
The past two events have been held at the outdoor terrace of "MAIN DINING CABANA" located in "The Marcus Square Fukuoka (AGORA Fukuoka Yamanoue Hotel & Spa)". It is a very popular event, with all 100 seats sold out in just three days.
The theme for this third event is "Phantom Cave." In collaboration with Rikichi Yokoyama of "Rikichi Candle," which is based in Fukuoka Prefecture, the chef will create an original course just for the event, reminiscent of a magical winter night cave, wrapped in candlelight.
A special course to enjoy with all five senses
The course menu that can be enjoyed on this day is a collaboration between Granada Suite on a Table, which is known for its American cuisine of Kyushu-produced meat and vegetables grilled over charcoal, and Main Dining Cabana, a restaurant with a mountain Italian cuisine concept that sadly closed in August last year.
The restaurant makes generous use of carefully selected ingredients from Kyushu, such as the winter-season "Hyuga Natsu," the sweet "Sadowara eggplant" from Miyazaki Prefecture, and Miyazaki's local chicken "Tenka Chicken," and expresses the transition of time through its cuisine, from a winter scene reminiscent of the inside of a cave to the arrival of spring, when buds are just beginning to sprout.
To finish off the experience, fresh truffles are shaved in front of you and the dashi is poured on the spot, stimulating not only the taste but also the sight and smell, creating a unique atmosphere at this event.

After dinner, there is bar time from 9:00pm to 11:30pm. You can enjoy the world of "Phantom Cave" for 1,620 yen (including service charge) for 1 drink and 1 food item. You can also just use the bar time.

*You can enter without making a reservation, but reservations are given priority for seats in the bar lounge.
