Rich soup that goes well with rice! Ramen lovers are hooked on "Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen" (Chiyo, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)

Hello. I'm Yuri and I love ramen.

Among all ramen, my favorites are tonkotsu ramen and soy sauce ramen!

So I'd like to introduce you to the "pork bone soy sauce ramen" that I've become addicted to.

Kyushu soy sauce is the key! "Hakata Tonkotsu Soy Sauce Ramen Shodai ZERO Shiki" (Chiyo, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City) has an excellent, highly concentrated soup

"Hakata Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen Shodai ZERO Shiki" is located in Chiyo, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, a 5-minute walk from Chiyo-Kenchoguchi Station on the Hakozaki Subway Line, along Papillon Street.

I added a seasoned egg as a topping for an additional 120 yen.

Although it is pork bone ramen, it can be considered "non-pork bone" in that it is not traditional Hakata ramen.

The excellent pork bone and soy sauce soup is made using only domestically produced pork bones and is made using the "kobimodoshi method," in which additional bones are added to increase the thickness, resulting in a very rich and slightly viscous soup.

It has a similar taste to Yokohama-style soup, but because it uses Kyushu soy sauce, it has a very mellow texture.

It is made with the concept of "ramen that goes well with rice" and has a strong flavor, but the soy sauce is not too harsh, so you'll find yourself drinking it all up.

It was extremely cold that day, so the delicious soup was perfect for warming my cold body!

The noodles are medium-thick wavy noodles.

The thick noodles go really well with the rich soup.

The thick soup clings to the noodles, making for a hearty and satisfying meal.

It goes perfectly with the soft, flavored egg!

It tastes even better if you sprinkle plenty of white sesame seeds (available on the table) on top to enhance the flavor.

I love both Hakata ramen and soy sauce ramen, so I was incredibly happy.

Please try this slightly different taste from the usual Hakata Tonkotsu ramen. (Text by Yuri-chan)
