Gokayama Tofu SOYcafe Tenjin Underground Mall Store opened in the Tenjin Underground Mall on December 8, 2023.
Gokayama Tofu, a tofu and tofu restaurant located in the mountains on the border between Saga and Fukuoka prefectures and run by Aishito, a restaurant famous for its collagen, has opened a cafe in Tenjin.

You can enjoy guilt-free products such as Gokayama Tofu, which is made with great care from spring water and soybeans grown in Saga Prefecture, and sweets made with rich soy milk.
The store is divided into a sales area and a cafe space, with take-out items lined up on the right hand side as you face the store.

There are many varieties of tofu, including "Zaru Tofu" (400 yen), which uses 100% Saga soybeans, "Yuzu Gosho Tofu" (430 yen), and "Edamame Zaru Tofu" (430 yen). The flavor of the soybeans is concentrated in this dish, making it very satisfying to eat.

Be sure to check out the colorful "11-item daily salad" (650 yen). The vegetables are fresh and your body will be happy. The salad changes daily, but soybeans are included every day.

This bread is made with 100% domestically produced Fukuyutaka soybeans, and is made with plenty of rich first-pressed soy milk kneaded into the dough and soy butter. It has a reputation for its addictive, chewy texture that you've never had before.

It was incredibly popular, and while I was in the store there was a constant stream of customers purchasing the Soy Milk Mochi Mochi Bread.
There is a wide variety of flavors available, including "Matcha," "Black Sesame," "Mentaiko Cheese," and "Chocolate."

There are table seats as well as counter seats, and the bright atmosphere makes it easy for one person to come in. There are seats with electrical outlets and Wi-Fi, so you can probably work on your computer when it's not busy.

The lunch menu that stands out is the "89 Calorie Homemade Curry" (900 yen). You can choose between mild and spicy, so I chose the spicy version this time.
No oil is used, and 10 kinds of vegetables and fruits are slowly simmered until they lose their shape. It's delicious, with a nice spiciness that hits you later! The sweetness of the pumpkin that comes with it also adds a nice accent.

The rice is multigrain rice made with 20 different grains. It has a chewy texture and is very satisfying. It's so good that it's so delicious and low in calories. It seems like it would be good for health-conscious people or those on a diet.

This is the perfect snack, the "Okara and Soy Milk Donut" (550 yen). It's fried after you order, so you can enjoy it hot♪

It's crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It has a faint soy milk aroma. It's light and not too sweet, so it goes well with a sweet drink. You can eat it all in one go after a meal.

For my drink, I had the "Caramel Soy Milk" (580 yen). At first sip, I could taste the sweet caramel, followed by the rich flavor of soy milk! It was very easy to drink.
