Located in Higashi Ward, Fukuoka City, Ron Point is a shop specializing in European-style pastries and stone-baked bread, made by a chef who trained in France. It's now a well-known shop throughout Japan.
My top recommendation is "Croquant," a new kind of bread that's like a pastry, made with layers of folded Danish pastry dough baked with walnuts and cashews.
Another popular item is the "Walnut and Salted Caramel Roll," which features a rich salted caramel cream made with Guérande salt, wrapped in a thin cake and topped with plenty of sugar-coated walnuts.

From B-speak, the roll cake specialty shop at Yufuin's Sanso Murata, comes the hugely popular P Roll (1,983 yen with cooler bag)!

This product was developed in collaboration with Chef Yukihiro Nabeta, who served as the captain of the Japanese team at the "Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie 2011," an international competition where pastry chefs compete in a team format. Chef Nabeta will also be visiting the store on February 10th (Sat), 11th (Sun), and 12th (Mon - substitute holiday), and the two will be giving demonstrations!

Two series will be featured at the event.
One of the series is the "Salt" series. The mild-flavored "Maarui Shio" from Goto, Nagasaki, enhances the sweetness of the chocolate, and the series includes flavors such as matcha from Sonogi tea in Nagasaki, miso from Miyazaki, and yuzu.
Another series is the "Cake" series. These chocolates capture the flavors of cakes such as opera cake and mille-feuille.
Apparently, there will also be time to sample freshly made chocolates at the venue!
