A delicious gift! A shop specializing in baked goods with a wide variety that you'll want to tell everyone about (Chikushino City)

This time, I would like to introduce you to some baked goods shops that you'll want to brag about knowing about.

Just a minute's walk from Nishitetsu Chikushi Station! A takeaway shop with about 25 kinds of baked goods: "Maze to Yake" (Chikushino City)

"Maze to Yake" is a takeaway baked goods shop located about a one-minute walk from the east exit of Nishitetsu Chikushi Station.

There is a parking lot for two cars about 20 meters away from the store, so it is easy to visit by car.

The shop is lined with around 25 different kinds of sweets, all of which are made with the owner's desire for customers to enjoy sweets that are freshly made and in their best condition.

A variety of flavourful sweets

They all look delicious, but this time I'll be introducing six of them, including popular items and items that caught my eye.

Financier

One of the popular menu items is the "Financier" (220 yen each).

It has a crispy outside and a fluffy texture inside.

The aroma of browned butter filling your mouth is irresistible.

Kanure

"Canelés" are also a popular item.

There are two types, plain and chocolate (250 yen each). I chose the chocolate one.

It was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. It had a rich chocolate flavor and was delicious.

Lemon tea scones

This is one of my favorite scones. I eat scones from many different shops, but the "Lemon Tea Scone" (300 yen each) is a flavor I've never encountered before! I bought it without hesitation.

The outside is crispy and the inside is moist. The more you eat it, the more the delicious aroma of tea spreads.

The lemon's sourness went perfectly with the dish, and it was so delicious that I finished it in no time.

Chocolate Banana Brownie

"Chocolate Banana Brownie" (360 yen each) has a moist texture and a rich flavor.

The perfect combination of chocolate and banana. A flavor that everyone, from children to adults, will love.

Matcha and red beans

"Matcha and Azuki" pound cake (380 yen each) is known for its smooth texture.

After repeated trial and error with various combinations, it was determined that Dainagon adzuki beans were the best for this matcha batter. It had a delicate flavor.

Chocolate and hazelnut cookies

"Chocolate and Hazelnut Cookies" (3 pieces for 220 yen) are crispy cookies filled with plenty of chocolate chips and hazelnuts.

Of course you can have it for yourself, but they also have gift boxes of various sizes (priced from 60 to 270 yen) so it's perfect as a gift or souvenir.
