A speciality bakery will open the day after tomorrow, attached to the popular cafe.

On Friday, January 5th, "STONG bakery" will open next to "Stong Cafe"! (Meinohama, Nishi-ku, Fukuoka City)

"Stong Cafe Meinohama Main Branch" is a specialty coffee shop located in Meinohama, Nishi-ku, Fukuoka City.

"STONG bakery" will open adjacent to the cafe on Friday, January 5th, 2024!

A bakery that offers freshly baked bread while pursuing deliciousness by focusing on local ingredients and baking methods.

Using an abundance of local ingredients from Meinohama and Itoshima, the bread is made by artisans from scratch using a method known as "all-scratch."

Meihama seaweed salt bread

"Meihama Seaweed Salt Bread" is an original salt bread made with seaweed sourced directly from Meihama Fishing Port. It is a specialty of "STONG bakery" that allows you to enjoy the umami of Guérande salt in France and the flavor of seaweed.

Chef Ricont's Curry Bread

The chef from the affiliated Spanish restaurant "ricont" and a baker teamed up to create "Chef Ricont's Curry Bread." It is a special item that took many prototypes to perfect.

Mentaiko French Bread topped with Meinohama seaweed

"Mentaiko France" is a collaboration between the already popular "Mentaiko France" and Meihama seaweed, and is called "Mentaiko France with Meihama seaweed". The balance between the strong umami of Meihama seaweed and Spicy Fish Eggs is exquisite! You can enjoy the taste that can only be found at this shop.
