This time, we will introduce you to a shop in Otemon, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City, where you can enjoy a new type of crepe.
"Minimam" is a drink and crepe shop with the theme of "healthy for the body" (Otemon, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City)
"Minimam" is a 5-minute walk from Akasaka Station on the Subway Kuko Line and right in front of the Nishitetsu bus stop "Heiwadai-dori."

This popular shop offers drinks such as fruit smoothies made with oat milk, and crepes made with rice flour, soy milk, and cane sugar. It is scheduled to open in September 2023. The menu is lined with carefully selected items with the theme of being "healthy for the body."
Both take-out and eat-in (2 seats at the counter and a bench) are available.

There were varieties such as "Strawberry" (324 yen), "Banana" (324 yen), "Mixed Berry" (324 yen), "Ham and Cheese" (324 yen), "Caramel Nuts" (410 yen), "Meat and Cheese" (410 yen), and "Pizza" (410 yen). All of them are reasonably priced, which is great!
There are 8 different toppings to choose from.
There are a variety of flavors available: "Chocolate Sauce" (32 yen), "Strawberry Sauce" (32 yen), "Extra Whipped Cream" (54 yen), "Chocolate Chip" (54 yen), "Marshmallow" (64 yen), "Vanilla Ice Cream" (86 yen), "Fresh Chocolate" (108 yen), and a "Rice Flour Donut" (108 yen), which is available in limited quantities each day. You can freely combine these flavors to create your own original crepes.

I tried topping it with "rice flour donuts" and "marshmallows."
The donuts are characterized by their chewy dough. They are not too sweet and are very light, so you won't feel guilty eating them.
My kids love Oreos, so they ate them up in no time (laughs).

It was filled with sweet ice cream, so I enjoyed it until the very end without getting bored.

Choose "rice flour donut" and "raw chocolate" as toppings.
I love the combination of strawberries, bananas and chocolate, so it's irresistible!
Although it's a classic crepe, it was perfectly balanced and delicious.
It's sure to satisfy everyone, from adults to children.
Both rice flour donuts were chewy and delicious, and were bite-sized and easy to eat.

I ordered an iced "Whipped Cocoa" (690 yen/photo left) and a hot "Whipped Cafe Latte" (690 yen/photo right).

Both contain cute star-shaped marshmallows and whipped soy milk.
The marshmallows are free of food additives, preservatives and eggs.
"Whipped Cocoa" contains cocoa, chocolate sauce, and marshmallows, and it has become my 6-year-old daughter's favorite, saying, "It's all my favorite things♡."
