This time, we will introduce a yakiniku restaurant that opened on November 2, 2023 in Jiromaru, Sawara Ward, Fukuoka City.

A new store operated by a popular yakiniku restaurant has opened! Best value for money! "Yakiniku Hanare" (Jiromaru, Sawara-ku, Fukuoka City)

Yakiniku Hanare is located a 3-minute walk from Jiromaru Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line.

It opened on November 2, 2023 as a branch of the popular yakiniku restaurant "Minato no Tamaya" located in Minato, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City.

Apparently the store was named "Hanare" (Hanare) because it is far from "Minato no Tamaya."

10 dishes for just 2,200 yen per person! Create your own course with the great value "Toryumon Course"

Being a first-timer at Yakiniku Hanare, I ordered the Touryumon Course (2,200 yen per portion, minimum 2 persons), which allows you to choose your meat and side dish.
*A separate appetizer fee (220 yen per person) is required.

The course menu consists of 10 items: 1. "Specialty Onion Tongue", 2. "Mega Kalbi", 3. Choose one item from the "Specialty" menu, 4. and 5. Choose two items from the "Beef" menu, 6., 7. and 8. Choose three items from the "Chicken, Pork and Offal" menu, and 9. and 10. Choose two items from the "Side Menu". You can create your own course.

First, let's take a look at the two signature dishes that are always included in the "Toryumon Course"! *All photos are for two people.

This is pork tongue, "The Famous Negi P Tongue."

Grill one side thoroughly with chopped green onions on top.

The pork is wrapped around the spring onions and steamed. It is done when all the red meat is gone. It is already marinated in sauce, so you can eat it without adding anything.

The staff will first demonstrate their special grilling method.

The second item is their signature dish, "Mega Kalbi."

As its name suggests, it is so huge that it completely covers the iron plate.

Of course, I couldn't fit it all in my mouth, so I cut it up with scissors.

No matter how you look at it, the chunks of meat look absolutely delicious, and one bite and you'll be blown away by the delicious gravy and soft texture. It was truly a blissful moment!

Here are some of the products I chose myself:

From the "Specialty" menu options of "Yakisuki," "Yakishabu," and "Lamb Shoulder Loin," I chose "Yakisuki."

Thin slices of beef marinated in a sweet soy sauce similar to warishita are quickly grilled and topped with green onions.

If you wrap the meat around the green onions and mix it with beaten egg yolk, it will taste similar to sukiyaki.

It was delicious♡

The "Beef" menu includes a choice of "Kalbi", "Beef Loin", "Beef Tenderloin" and "Beef Tenderloin". On this day, I chose "Beef Loin" (left photo) and "Beef Tenderloin" (right photo).

From the "Chicken, Pork, and Offal" menu, I ordered "Tontoro" (left), "Neck Meat" (right), and "Wiener" (bottom).

Other items available were chicken thighs, chicken hearts, pork belly, shredded chicken, chicken skin, pork belly, breast meat, tetchan, beef heart, red sardines, and beef liver.

You can taste a little bit of every type of meat, so it's very satisfying!

I chose the "Choregi Salad" from the "side menu" which includes salads, namul, kimchi and more.

If you add the gochujang dressing after it, the aroma alone will have you eating. It has a spicy, eye-opening taste.

You can also choose "Japanese-style salad" from the side menu.

The combination of onion-based dressing and bonito flakes, topped with chopped seaweed, instantly gives it a Japanese flavor. It goes perfectly with the meat.

On this day, they served us pineapple for dessert.

If you still have room in your stomach, add another item to the a la carte menu.

This is a great value yakiniku restaurant that is both affordable and delicious. You can make your own course, so you can enjoy it no matter how many times you go. I would like to use it regularly for dinner from now on♡
