In fact, this time, as a collaboration between "THE LUIGANS Spa & Resort" and "ARNE", I was involved from the tasting and development stage of the Christmas dinner. In this article, I will tell you the "behind the scenes" of the development.

The coveted resort hotel "THE LUIGANS Spa & Resort" (Saitozaki, Higashi-ku, Fukuoka City)
THE LUIGANS Spa & Resort is located in Umi-no-Nakamichi Seaside Park, about 20 minutes by car from the center of Fukuoka city.
With spectacular views of the blue sky and ocean, this is a resort hotel that everyone dreams of staying at at least once.
Of course, you can also just use the restaurant without staying overnight.
This is the main dining area on the first floor, "The Lounge on the Water." It is also the venue for one of the Christmas dinners, "LUIGANS Course."
You can see the pool and a big Christmas tree outside the window. You can go outside and see it up close. This Christmas tree is apparently bigger than usual!
A Christmas dinner prepared by a skilled chef over two months
This year marks the 17th annual Christmas dinner at THE LUIGANS Spa & Resort.
Apparently many people visit every year, and to ensure that everyone, from repeat visitors to first-timers, is fully satisfied, the course content is planned more than two months in advance.
After several tasting sessions, the dishes that are offered are further refined.
ARNE also participated in this tasting event, and it was the first time that people from outside were allowed in.
I had the opportunity to interact with them closely, and I found them to be very warm-hearted, with lovely smiles and excellent teamwork. I felt that it was precisely because of these staff members that they were able to provide such memorable hospitality.
We pursue "what makes our customers happy" thoroughly! Menu development without compromise
At the tasting session, I was excited from start to finish, as I would be giving my opinions alongside the chefs and staff of my favorite hotels!
Most of the photos are from the second tasting session, but the products are already amazingly well-made! We were asked for our opinion from a customer's perspective, so we managed to squeeze it all out and shared our impressions.
The chef then incorporates any ideas that come up during the tasting session, such as "I think the customers would be happier if we did it this way," into the dishes, resulting in a dinner that is absolutely uncompromising.
The Christmas dinner dishes are so delicious that you will be in awe every time they are served.
Not only is the taste great, but the appearance is also packed with attention to detail.
For example, here is the fish dish in the "LUIGANS Course". It reflects the opinion that "I want a little more Christmas feeling" ...
The red and green Christmas colors make the look stand out even more. Not only does the food taste different, but the tableware can also be changed.
This is the main meat dish, still in the prototype stage.
Taking into account a variety of opinions, we have created a gorgeous dish perfect for Christmas that you will want to photograph.
Each of the finished dishes is an exceptional dish that leaves you feeling happy from the moment you put it in your mouth to the aftertaste.
It was so delicious that I could imagine the people visiting having a very happy time.
I had the opportunity to participate in the tasting event and was impressed with the chef's skill in incorporating various opinions into his cooking.
