Collaboration between "LUIGANS" and "ARNE" decided! Developing Christmas dinner menu

A collaboration between "THE LUIGANS Spa & Resort" and "ARNE" has been decided! From now on, we will be livening up Fukuoka with various projects!

As the first step in our collaboration project, we have developed a Christmas dinner menu for "The Luigans."

THE LUIGANS Spa & Resort: A luxurious resort hotel (Saitozaki, Higashi-ku, Fukuoka)

THE LUIGANS Spa & Resort is a resort hotel located in Umi-no-Nakamichi Seaside Park in Nishitozaki, Higashi-ku, Fukuoka city.

"THE LUIGANS Spa & Resort" x "ARNE" create Christmas dinner menu!

This time, ARNE will be helping to plan the menu for Christmas dinner at The Luigans Spa and Resort.

I participated in the tasting event, which was the first time that people from outside the company were allowed in, and gave my opinions.

This Christmas dinner can be enjoyed for four days from Friday, December 22nd to Monday, December 25th, 2023.

There are two courses: the "LUIGANS Course" (6 dishes, 9,000 yen per person) served in the main dining area "The Lounge on the Water" overlooking the pool lit up by the Christmas tree, and the "Chef's Special Course" (8 dishes, 13,000 yen per person) served in "THE GRAND GARDEN", a special Christmas restaurant with a stage for live music. Both require advance reservations, but if there are vacancies, you can be seated on the day. *Service charge (10%) will be charged separately. *Preschool children are not allowed in the venue for the Chef's Special Course.
